🔥Greater Hartford Pentecost Joy!

C4C Greater Hartford celebrated Pentecost with a Holy Spirit-themed party! The following week, they welcomed Dr. Andrew Blaski for a talk on the conversion of St. Paul.

C4C Greater Hartford meets Tuesday nights at St. Francis of Assisi Church in New Britain. Stop by for fellowship in the church building at 6:30pm followed by Adoration at 7:30pm. New faces are always welcome!

🕊️🔥 Come, Holy Spirit!

This past Saturday young adults from across Connecticut gathered at St. Joseph Church in New Haven for the Pentecost Vigil Mass with Eucharistic Adoration and young adult social!

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our co-hosts and for helping make the evening possible.

Breathe in me, O Holy Spirit,
That my thoughts may all be holy.

Act in me, O Holy Spirit,
That my work, too, may be holy.

Draw my heart, O Holy Spirit,
That I love but what is holy.

Strengthen me, O Holy Spirit,
To defend all that is holy.

Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit,
That I always may be holy. Amen.

2026 Young Adult Retreat… 🤍

They said to each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us while he was talking to us on the road, while he was opening the scriptures to us?” - Luke 24:32

A weekend spent stepping away from the noise and entering into prayer, fellowship, worship, and deeper relationship with the Lord.

Through Mass, Adoration, Confession, amazing talks, small groups, shared meals, and time together, young adults from around Connecticut came together to reflect on the hearts of Jesus, Mary, and Joseph, and what it means to invite Christ more deeply into our own hearts.

✨ Participant Reflection:
“Having a weekend to dedicate all of myself to focusing on Christ through worship, discussions, and presentations allowed me to be open to hearing God where I am usually distracted and busy. My encounter with the hearts of the Holy Family that weekend has shaped the way that I’ve been praying since.” - Heidi B.

The C4C New Haven and Frassati New Haven core teams came together to host a blessing bag social for the homeless this past Saturday. The event was the first of New Haven’s new service committee, aimed at bringing young adults together to build community through prayer and service!
