Join us on Sunday, June 7, for "Creativity: Meaning Beyond Words," honoring and celebrating five UUSE youth who have participated in Affirmation, our longstanding "coming-of-age" program, over the past congregational year. They will share their credo statements, and we will hear from their mentors. There is one service at 10 AM, in person and on Zoom. Visit uuse.org or email [email protected] to sign up to receive the Zoom link.

This Pride Month, we celebrate the joy, resilience, and beauty of LGBTQIA+ communities.

In "The Q***r Beatitudes," Tim Atkins (also known as Sister Sweet Suffering Tea of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence) offers this blessing:

"Blessed are we, the whole q***r family,
for love is our birthright, and joy is our inheritance."

May we continue building a world where every person can live, love, and flourish as their full self. 🌈

What might the future of Unitarian Universalism look like?

From music-centered worship and campus ministry to contemplative gatherings and justice networks, new UU communities supported by the UUA’s New Communities Fund are exploring fresh ways of gathering, belonging, and living our faith beyond traditional models.

This story from UU World highlights the creativity, courage, and spiritual imagination shaping the future of Unitarian Universalism — and the people building communities grounded in connection, care, and transformation.

On Sunday, May 31, at 10 AM we welcome Kamora Herrington, founder of Kamora's Cultural Corner and the Sterling Street Sanctuary and Nature Reserve in Hartford. A one-time staff-member with True Colors, Ms. Herrington is an insightful historian, activist, consultant, mother, music lover and community-builder. She has the green light to speak about whatever is on her heart from UUSE's free pulpit. Remember: One service at 10AM.

On Sunday, May 24, join us at 10 AM for "Rooted in Solidarity." This worship service tells eight stories from our Unitarian, Universalist, and UU histories: stories about how ordinary people showed up, in very different ways and in particular contexts, to side with love and show up for justice. This marks our move to our summer schedule with one service at 10AM in person and on Zoom. To get the Zoom link, visit uuse.org or email [email protected] to sign up.
