There is definitely a joyful noise ringing out on Wednesday evenings when our Beyond Awana kids sing unto the Lord.

This is the younger group, and they have an abundance of energy.

Today we welcomed David and Susan Sawatzki, who spent 20 years as missionaries to Siberia.

David grew up in Russia, but was able to get out as a young man, along with his entire family. However, he felt a burden to go back and share the gospel. Even after leaving there, he continues to minister through Ethnos 360, using Zoom and other technologies to train local ministers.

He also recently published a book of his childhood experiences growing up in Russia behind the Iron Curtain. It is called “The Iron Broom” and is available on Amazon.
