Jesus didn’t say, ‘Fix it.�He didn’t say, ‘Explain it.�He didn’t say, ‘Deserve it.�He said, ‘Come.
Religion builds barriers.�The Spirit builds bridges.

If someone feels more judged than welcomed,�we’ve misrepresented Jesus.
The Spirit doesn’t wait for people to get holy�He shows up so holiness can begin.

Romans 8:15
"The Spirit you received does not make you slaves, so that you live in fear again; rather, the Spirit you received brought about your adoption to sonship. And by him we cry, ABBA, Father.

-Fear will make people obey, but fear will never make people grow.
-Fear can control behavior for a season…�but only the Spirit can transform a heart.

-Any home led by fear will eventually collapse.�Any church led by fear will eventually empty.�Any leader who leads by fear will eventually stand alone.

-If fear is driving the vision, the Spirit is not in the driver’s seat.

* Parents: your kids don’t need perfection — they need you to be present
* Leaders: correction without compassion creates rebellion
* Believers: fear is a terrible master but a great indicator that freedom is needed

freedom is not loud.�Freedom is not flashy.�Freedom is what happens when God is finally allowed to lead.

If the Spirit is truly present…chains break.masks fall.�hearts open.and lives change.
