Yesterday was a blast! It was a perfect wrap up to our season!! Thank you so much to all the wonderful coaches and volunteers that every practice and game day great one. Hello Upward! Can you believe it is our last week of practices and games?? Time does fly!! We have had a great year!!

ANNNDDDD... The big Celebration is this Sunday!! We will begin at 3:00. Please have your basketball player there, in their uniform, by 2:45.

Cheerleaders should be hearing from their coaches on when they should arrive that day.

We can't wait to celebrate all of our players and cheerleaders! 🎉🎊

Yes, we are watching the weather very closely. 🥶When and if the weather or illness becomes an issue this season for game days or practices, your coach will be in touch and I will keep you updated here and on Instagram. So, make sure you have a way to receive announcements or texts just in case!

Hello Upward! THIS Saturday (the 17th) is our PICTURE DAY!! Here's what we need from you... In order to make our picture day run smoothly, we need you to have your player or cheerleader at Forest Mill ready and in their uniforms AT LEAST 45 minutes BEFORE your game time. So please take a look at your game schedule and plan to be there early! Get your smiles ready!

Please attend either Monday or Tuesday night 5:30-7:30pm to have your evaluations.
