What Are The Bridge Pathfinders Up To?
Most people don’t realize that we have members who travel an hour or more just to be a part of The Bridge. It’s even more encouraging when our youth say, “I want to be at The Bridge and be a part of the big things God is doing.”
When our youth show up, it’s only right that we show up for them too and celebrate their accomplishments!
Yesterday, two of our Pathfinders graduated from middle school and are headed into the exciting world of high school.
🎓 Cody
Cody, our club’s future musician and professional soccer player, warms the hearts of everyone he meets. He attended Tree of Life Christian Preparatory School in Fredericksburg, VA, where he was known as a star athlete, class comedian, and mentor to the “Littles.”
When asked about his success, Cody credits his mom, Christina, for keeping him well-fed and his dad for being a faithful provider for their family. (Let’s be honest, a growing soccer player has to eat! 😄)
Believe it or not, Cody is also an avid cook and has built a social media following of more than 20,000 followers sharing his culinary creations. While he has not yet decided where he will attend school this fall, we know that wherever God leads him, he will succeed and continue to shine for His glory.
🎓 Gigi
Oh, Gigi… where do we even begin?
Gigi is The Bridge Pathfinders’ Drill Master. She sings, acts, plays volleyball, leads, and somehow still finds time to excel in everything she does!
Last night, Gigi graduated from Tree of Life Christian Preparatory School as the Co-Valedictorian of her class. As if that wasn’t impressive enough, she also received:
🏆 A $4,000 scholarship to Shenandoah Valley Academy
🏆 The Principal’s Award for outstanding leadership
🏆 MVP honors for volleyball where she led the team to First Place in the Potomac Conference Middle School Volleyball Division
We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished and excited to see what God has in store for her next.
Our Pathfinders continue to do amazing things for God’s glory, and we are honored to walk alongside them as they grow into the leaders God has called them to be.
