Today we celebrate the 74th birthday of the one and only Jesse James Pitt, Sr. aka.....Unity's Overseer, better known as "Shady Pines" at home.

He's a piece of work, but the most amazing, hard working husband, father, papa, brother, and Overseer on this side of heaven. We LOVE AND APPRECIATE him!!! Help us celebrate and honor him on his special day!

Autism Awareness Month in April aims to celebrate and promote acceptance of the condition.

Autism is the fastest-growing developmental disorder.

Autism has to be accepted with love!!! The increasing rates of autism in the United States requires that everyone be educated on the disorder to inspire change and support. In combination with education, we must employ the notion of acceptance and understanding to help autistic individuals and families to better navigate the world.

Yesterday at Unity was our Autistic Awareness Sunday. To celebrate, we wore blue, and we were educated on how this disorder affects the lives of those living with it. We concluded the day with a phenomenal luncheon!

CHURCH RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, on Thursday, February 15, 2024 God in His divine providential wisdom called Mother Frances McCrimmon from labor to reward;

WHEREAS, Frances McCrimmon was a faithful member of Unity Center of Praise and Deliverance in good standing, actively
striving to perfect her faith in the Lord Jesus Christ through the preaching and teaching of this ministry;

WHEREAS, Frances McCrimmon consistently and cheerfully gave of her tithes, offering, and her time to aid in the furtherance of the ministries of this branch of Zion;

BE IT RESOLVED that we humbly acknowledge and accept God’s sovereign power to call unto Himself one of His children;

BE IT RESOLVED that the void caused by Frances McCrimmon shall never be filled and her presence shall be missed;

BE IT RESOLVED that the memory of Frances McCrimmon will continue to live in the hearts of all who knew and loved her, and those whose life was impacted by her life;

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Unity Center of Praise and Deliverance family stands ready, willing and able to assist the family of Frances McCrimmon so that their spiritual and natural well-being remain solidified to the Glory of God;

FINALLY RESOLVED, a copy of this Resolution will be given to the family and a copy will be placed in the historical archives of this ministry to stand as a tangible memorial to the life and legacy of Mother Frances D. McCrimmon.

Our Bishop, Elders and Pastor Khiry enjoyed a “Let’s Do Brunch” to fellowship and celebrate Unity’s Elders for completing the “The Book of Acts”class !!

🎉Congratulations to our Elders!!!! 🎈
