Join us tomorrow at 11:00am for our “Homecoming” service. It’s a day to celebrate what’s been accomplished at Soul’s harbor but also exalt God for all He has done and will do in our future.

Then after service we will have a luncheon and welcome everyone to stay and fellowship. We appreciate any sides or desserts that are brought for the meal.
We look forward to being with you all.

Today we pause to remember all those who lost their lives twenty five years ago on that fateful day that four planes were used to attack America. September 11th was just an ordinary day until terror sought to “destroy”. To destroy our trust in our national security, our pride in the “American way” and our faith in our Lord……

Yet, all that day did was awaken a giant that would not step back, that would not bow down and would not lose faith in the Sovereign God who never slumbers or sleeps. He didn’t get caught off guard. He wasn’t taken by surprise. His ways are high above ours and though we don’t understand “why”, we know He is God and that didn’t change on September 11th, 12th or any day since. He is still God and we are still America. Yes the towers fell that day but we didn’t falter. We had resolve and though time has caused us to focus on many other things…..this day should be remembered for the loss of 2,977 lives.

For the Families that were destroyed, children that were left orphaned, heroes that gave their lives in the act of saving others and millions of Americans whose hearts were broken. Let’s take time today to ponder the lost and love those we come in contact with so that we may honor the memory of all who will never get to experience that feeling again.
As well, may we resolve to walk by faith and not be shaken or moved by anything that seeks to destroy our country, our freedoms, our way of life or the relationship we have been given by God and the call He has placed on all of our lives.

Today we remember, we mourn, we honor and we live with thankfulness to all those who gave their lives in service to their fellow Americans as we reflect on the cost that was paid that fateful day on September 11, 2001.

Plan to be in church this evening at 6:45pm for midweek service. It’s a time to fellowship, intercede and learn about God and His Word.
As well, please sign up this evening if you wish to sing and praise the Lord this Sunday for our “Homecoming service”

Make plans to be with us tomorrow at 11:00am for Sunday worship. The Lord will inhabit our praises, He will speak and minister through His Word and provide for the needs of His people.

Join us for midweek service this evening at 6:45pm. Our young adults and children’s classes have much planned and our adult class with finish up a study on Joseph and his prison of preparation that provided for him in the palace.
