We have gathered all of the donations from the sanctuary and delivered them to Beville Middle School!

We are partnering with Beville Middle School to help them welcome students back and help out families in our community. What is most needed are sturdy, standard size backpacks!

Please drop off new backpacks to the church no later than Aug. 19th! School supplies are also welcome but their biggest need is quality backpacks to help kiddos carry their stuff!

Don't forget: tax free weekend in Virginia for school supplies Friday Aug. 5 through Sunday August 7th! Thank you for your support of this ministry!

We have been invited to join our brothers and sisters from Old Bridge United Methodist Church, at 3966 Old Bridge Road in Woordbridge, for a Rise Against Hunger meal-bagging event on August 15th.

They will be bagging 15,000 healthy meals that will go to feeding programs helping the food-insecure. Many hands are needed for this effort.

Link to volunteer to help pack is provided in the comments. The signup also allows for donations, but that is not required as the meals have already been funded.
