The other teams are mostly located in the western suburbs so we will pro
bably play our games in the Great Valley area. Everyone in our church - both male and female - between the ages of 14 and 80 - is eligible to play. If most of our recruits are in the 75-80 year old range, we are likely to have a poor season. So . . . we need teenagers and young to middle aged adults in order to field a competitive team. Everybody who comes to a game plays in the line-up and everybody gets to bat. Since only ten players can be in the field at any one time, players are rotated into the field at various times during the game. Each person must play at least two innings in the field. If we do get into the league, we are not likely to be very good in what would be our first year as an expansion team. (There are no games on Mothers' Day, Memorial Day weekend, and Independence Day weekend.)
