(Be Not Conformed to This World: but Be Ye Transformed.)

Greetings, my brothers and sisters in Christ, family, friends, and followers. Praising God our heavenly Father, this morning for allowing us, His children, to behold His beautiful creation. And for allowing us yet another day to worship and serve Him.

The Holy Spirit has placed today’s passage of Scripture on my heart to discuss with y’all today. As I have sat here for the past hour and a half or so, listening to the Old Gospel hymns. Praying and asking for divine guidance in my thoughts and writings this day. It has become ever so clear that we as God’s children disappoint our heavenly Father greatly daily. But even though We Disappoint Him, our heavenly Father continues to love us and bless us by His marvelous grace, even though we are unworthy of such love.

Romans 12:1-3 KJV

1. I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3. For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Am I presenting my life as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God?

Do others around me see God reflected in my daily life?

Do others around me see me conforming to the world?

Do others around me see that the renewing of my mind that has transformed me in my life, making me pure, good, perfect, and acceptable in my Savior’s sight by the will of God?

These are questions each of us, as a child of God, must ask ourselves continually. For as the called children of God, we are in this world, but we are no longer to be partakers of this world, nor are we to conform our lives to this world. We have been called to be separate from this world to be a light shining in the darkness of this wicked, sinful world. To stand out from this world so that all that we meet will see Christ living in us and not us living in the world.

It used to be that parents taught their children about God and about Jesus Christ. It used to be that schools and churches taught people to be independent and to think for themselves. But now people are taught to conform to accept that sin is normal behavior because now evil is being taught as good and good is being taught as evil in our homes, our schools, and in the so-called churches throughout the world today. No longer do they teach children from God’s word. No longer do they teach morals or Christian values. They have been replaced by self-gratification, compliance with worldly desires, and depravity.

If we, as true children of God, continue to bury our heads in the sand, as an ostrich does, in hopes that everything will work out in this life, I fully believe that. Come Judgment Day, we will have to give an account of our lack of action to our Lord and Savior, and that for failing to do what is our reasonable service before our Lord and our heavenly Father, our eternal rewards will be greatly diminished. Our salvation by the grace of God, our guarantee and assurance of eternal life, is secured by God’s grace, but our eternal rewards in God’s heavenly kingdom will be lessened.

My brothers and sisters in Christ, if our heavenly Father has called you unto salvation. Do not fail Him by conforming to the world, and failing to live your life as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable unto God. Do not fail to instruct your children in the ways of the Lord. Do not fail to let your light shine in the darkness of this evil, sinful world so that all that you come in contact with might know that you have been transformed made perfect and acceptable by the one true living God, and that you are His child forever secured by God’s marvelous grace washed clean by the shed blood of Jesus Christ, God’s beloved Son, who gave himself as your sacrifice for your sins, on the cross at Calvary some 2000 years ago, so that you might be reconciled once again to God our heavenly Father. So that you might live a life that is acceptable to God the Father, which is your good and reasonable service.

Let us continue in prayer dedicating several moments a day in prayer for the salvation of unbelievers, loved ones, the sick, Israel, our leaders, our troops, and our nation, which is becoming more godless every day, inspiring one another with our faith, love for our Lord, and our prayers that God’s will may be done in our lives.

The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much. (James 5:16)

(Pride Month, the Month the World Celebrates Turning Its Back on God.)

Greetings, my brothers and sisters in Christ, family, friends, and followers. Praise God. Our loving heavenly Father for allowing us yet another glorious day in which to worship and serve Him. Today starts the saddest month of the year, as far as I am concerned. And I am sorry to say I was born on the 22nd of this month. I used to look forward to June, not only because it is my birthday, but also because it contains the birthdays of several of my friends and family. But since June has been hijacked by the LGBTQ community and supported by most governments around the world as Pride month. I now look at it as the darkest month of the year. The month that now celebrates open rebellion against God, and is supported by most governments, major corporations, schools, colleges, and even, sorry to say, most religions throughout the world. I know that my opinion does not mean much, and that some of you may be upset because I have chosen to voice it on the subject, but that is of little concern to me, as I have felt led by the spirit to write this post. For you see, I believe that the Bible is God’s word. I believe that what is contained within the Scriptures is the truth, and that the writers were inspired by God to write it down, just as they were told. I also believe that this world is going to be as corrupt and evil as it was in the days of Noah, before the flood. Just as I believe that it must be so before Christ returns. Because the Scriptures tell us so.

Matthew 24:36-39 KJV

36. But of that day (day of Christ’s return) and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
37. But as the days of Noe (Noah) were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man (Jesus Christ) be.
38. For as in the days that were before the flood, they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage (sin and open rebellion against God, just as it is getting to be in today’s world), until the day that Noe (Noah) entered into the ark,
39. And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man (Jesus Christ) be.

I cannot help but believe that what we are seeing in the world today is what Noah witnessed in his lifetime before entering the ark. And it saddens me, as it should any true child of God. To witness the open rebellion against God and the endorsement and condoning of flagrant flaunting of sin in our daily lives. You cannot turn on the TV or go to a movie without having homosexuality and or transgenderism flaunted in your face. Children are being indoctrinated with it in grade, middle, and high schools. Governments throughout the world are embracing, supporting, and endorsing it. They are passing laws legalizing sin, justifying in their own sight, open rebellion against God.

The real sad part so many that call themselves children of God are not only idly standing by condoning the LGBTQ movement, but they are actively participating in endorsing that by their deeds and their actions, or should I say their lack of action. I am not saying that we need to protest or that violence is called for. I am not saying we need to stand in judgment of these individuals; what I am saying is that, as children of God, we have the responsibility not to judge but to tell them of the evil lifestyle they have chosen and are living in, and what the consequences will be for eternity, should they choose to continue in their rebellion against God.

Just because governments, corporations, and religions are endorsing the evil rebellion taking place in the pride movement around the world does not mean we as Christians must endorse it, nor does it mean that we must remain silent without speaking out against it. Get upset with me if you will, but I will stand for the truth found in God’s word, and not for the lies and deceptions found in the pride movement, founded on satanic principles, with Satan being the author and founder.

What the Pride movement of the LGBTQ community represents to me.

P = prideful
R = Rebellious
I = Incorrigible
D = Destructive
E = Evil

Proverbs 16:18-19 KJV

18. Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty (arrogant) spirit before a fall.
19. Better it is to be of an humble spirit with the lowly, than to divide the spoil with the proud.

Mark 7:20-23 KJV

20. And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man.
21. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders,
22. Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness:
23. All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.

1 John 2:15-17 KJV

15. Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
16. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
17. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
Each of us claiming to be a child of God must stand for the truth or fall with the lie being played out before our very eyes in the world today.

Stand with God the Father and his beloved Son, Jesus Christ, with the assurance of eternal life.
Or fall with the world in rebellion against God, eternally separated from God in eternal torment.

(Three (3) Things God Is Unable to Do.)

Greetings, my brothers and sisters in Christ, family, friends, and followers. Praise God for once again allowing the sun to rise on His beautiful creation, giving us another day to worship and serve Him.

Today, I would like to take just a few minutes of your time to share with you 3 of the most important facts about our heavenly Father, the ONE TRUE LIVING GOD.

1. God is all-knowing and does not think as we think.

Isaiah 55:8-9 KJV

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

2. God cannot change.

Malachi 3:6 KJV

For I am the LORD, (the one true living God), I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

3. God is unable to lie.
Hebrews 6:18 KJV

That by two immutable (unchangeable) things, in which God couldn't lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:

God’s thoughts and ways are not reactive but proactive. His thoughts and ways are a direct result of his perfection, knowledge, and wisdom. God's knowledge is all past, present, and future. God sees all, hears all, and knows all. There are no secrets from God. It is impossible for us, as created beings, to comprehend even a fraction of what God thinks or does.

God is unchangeable; God can never improve himself, nor can God reverse himself, nor can his will be changed, for God is perfect in every way, shape, and form. And nothing can compare to the perfection found only in the one true living God our heavenly Father.

God never lies, and he could not even if he so desired. Because God never changes and is all-knowing and all-perfect, just as his son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, is all-perfect, as he and the Father are one.

This is why the promises that God, in his beloved Son, has made unto us, who have been called, will never fail or be changed, assuring us that, according to God’s divine will, they will be fulfilled.

My brothers and sisters, hold fast in your faith, hope, and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. Rest assured, of these 3 things that God does not think as we think and that his ways are not our ways. That God and his beloved son, Jesus Christ, are unchangeable. That God and Jesus Christ are unable to lie. That the truths found in God’s word, the gospel of our Lord and Savior, are true and faithful, and the promises made to us, God’s chosen children, placed with his beloved Son, for safekeeping, will one day be fulfilled.

Let us continue in prayer, dedicating several moments a day to praying for the salvation of unbelievers, loved ones, the sick, Israel, our leaders, and our nation, which is becoming more godless every day, and to inspiring one another with our prayers that God’s will may be done in our lives.

(Child of God, be careful what you say, grieve not the Holy Spirit.)

Greetings, my brothers and sisters in Christ, family, friends, and followers. Praising God and thanking Him for allowing yet another day to worship and serve Him.

Ephesians 4:29-30 KJV
29. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying (enlightened, informative, instructive), that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
30. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

As children of God, we are to live our lives separate from the world, yet in the world. We have been called each of us by God, having our names written in the Lamb’s book of life before the foundation of the world to serve God. We have not been called to be little him, nor to use his name in vain, nor have we been called to question God and His divine will, or why he allows things to come into our lives contrary to our desires. One knows they are getting old, such as I, when they can actually remember going to a movie or watching a TV program without cursing of any kind, without people blaming God for their problems on screen and in real life.

In today’s world, we hear small children cursing as if it is a normal part of their vocabulary. This is because they learned from their parents and their peers, and they think nothing about it, any more than they think about the sun rising at the start of a new day.

As a child of God, nothing should come out of our mouths that would grieve the Holy Spirit, which resides in us. The spirit is sent by God to guide us, to instruct us, and to impart wisdom and knowledge unto us.

When God calls us to be his child, we are changed; we should no longer have the desire within us to serve the things of the world, but the things and will of God. But yet today, we see hundreds and thousands of people claiming to be Christians who open their mouths and out comes forth cursing, lies, deceit, etc.

If one is truly a child of God, when something comes out of our mouth that is contrary to the will of God, we should feel remorse, for the unbeliever feels nothing. We should seek forgiveness where the unbeliever does nothing. This is because we are a child of God, we have the Holy Spirit dwelling within us, and the unbeliever is a child of Satan, lost and undone, living in darkness, wandering through this life. And unless God chooses to draw them unto Christ by his marvelous grace, giving them the faith to believe in his beloved Son, they will remain so wallowing in sin. And, upon their physical death, their soul will remain separated from God and will remain in torment for all eternity.

My brothers and sisters in Christ. Do not get pulled into the world that we live in. Do not let speech come out of your mouth that will grieve the Holy Spirit. For if you are truly a child of God, the Holy Spirit resides within you by the grace of God, do not let the world influence your relationship with your heavenly father and your Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

As a true child of God, the day of our redemption draws near. Do not let corrupt speech come out of your mouth and lessen your rewards in the heavenly Father’s eternal kingdom.

(Worthy to Stand before the Son Of Man, Jesus Christ.)

Greetings, my brothers and sisters in Christ, family, friends, and followers. Glory be to God our heavenly Father for allowing us yet another beautiful day in which to be of service to Him.

Luke 21:34-36 KJV

34. And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting (gluttony), and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.
35. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.
36. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

We all must watch ourselves, that we remain worthy to stand before Christ. And let not the cares of this world overwhelm us. Nor let the joys we receive while in this life, consume us to the point where our hearts become overwhelmed, hindering our acceptance before the LORD.

We must keep our eyes upon the Savior, as in the apostle Peter and Matthew 14:22-33. Walking on the water to meet Jesus, as long as Peter kept his eyes upon the Lord and paid no attention to the things around him he walked on the water. But when he started worrying about the winds and seas and took his eyes off the Lord, he started to sink, just as we do when we take our eyes off Christ. We sink into the mire in the darkness of this world.

Be watchful, my friends ever vigilant that you are not caught up in the things of this life. Set your eyes upon Jesus and the kingdom, and the treasures promised waiting you. Set them not on the temporal things of this life that are corrupt, and cause you to falter. Keep your eyes upon our Lord turning everything over to Christ for he and he alone is able to sustain us. Christ has purchased us with his blood shed on Calvary and only Christ is able to sustain us by our belief and faith that we have placed fully in him. Receiving the promise and assurance from our heavenly Father that he is placed us for safekeeping with His beloved Son. And that our belief and faith in Jesus Christ will see us through this life To reach our final goal, eternity in the presence of our heavenly Father and our Lord and Savior in his heavenly kingdom.

I pray that all my brothers and sisters in Christ will remain watchful, leaving all cares of this life at the feet of our Lord. Setting them aside and remain vigilant, keeping your eyes upon our Savior. Running the race set before us, winning the victory eternal life with our heavenly father and Lord and Savior.

(Has Godlessness in the Last Days Become Our Reality Today?)

Greetings, my brothers and sisters in Christ, family, friends, and followers. Praising God, giving Him all the glory, and thanking Him for allowing me yet another day to worship and serve Him.

Today, as each one reads this passage of Scripture, let us each one examine ourselves, lest we be deceiving ourselves and others.

2 Timothy 3:1-9 KJV

1. This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3. Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4. Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts,
7. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses (Exodus 7), so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

Paul, in writing to Timothy, describes what man will become in the last days before the return of our Lord. If someone were to ask me if what Paul describes in this passage of Scripture will come true. I have to say, YES, all one needs to do is look around today. Never in my soon to be 73 years have I seen so much godlessness in the world as his present today. Mankind has become all of the following.

1. lovers of their own selves
2. covetous
3. boasters
4. proud
5. blasphemers
6. disobedient to parents
7. unthankful
8. unholy
9. Without natural affection
10. Trucebreakers
11. false accusers
12. incontinent
13. fierce
14. despisers of those that are good, Traitors
15. heady
16. highminded
17. lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
18. Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof.
19. Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

Is the world today becoming more godless? Are these not the traits seen in most of mankind today? The answer is a resounding but sorrowful “YES”, without a doubt. All one must do. To confirm the above statement, wake up in the morning, turn on your television, go to work, go to the store, and, in some cases, go to church. These traits are found throughout our society today and are freely celebrated, endorsed, encouraged, and promoted by most organizations, governments, and even, I am sorry to say, so-called churches.

Mankind today loves sin and the darkness of this world over godliness and the truth found only by placing one’s hope, faith, love, trust and belief in the Lord Jesus Christ, the only begotten Son of God. The one that freely came down from heaven and took on a fleshly body allowing himself to be mocked and persecuted nailed to a cross that those of us who God draws, calls and gives to his Son for safekeeping might be once again reconciled to our heavenly Father through His beloved Son, our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Should one calling themselves a Christian a child of God come to the realization that they possessed one or more of these traits and that they are in fact more in love with the sin of this world than God. It is my prayer that they will seek the Lord and Savior, and put their trust, hope and faith in him repenting of their sins before it becomes too late. For I believe the time is short. Our Lord’s return is imminent. Do not hesitate. Do not tarry. Do not delay. If the Holy Spirit is working upon your heart and God by his grace is calling you unto salvation, repent of your sins, God will give you the faith necessary to place your trust and hope and belief in his beloved Son, Jesus Christ, the light of this world. In whom there is no darkness.
