The Call and Vision
This page is a very small beginning of a dream that I have had, which is to bring the message of restoration and hope in Christ to the nations. After receiving the baptism in the Holy Spirit, I received a call to ministry accompanied by a prophetic prayer of Luke 4:18-19. Several visions accompanied this experience: In the first vision, I was sitting on a church pew leaning fo
rward in prayer when a solid black continent in the shape of Africa appeared. In the center of the continent I saw two white footprints. The set of footprints were white, bright and glowing with light! There would be a subsequent vision of a world map and many "red pins" pinned in various locations scattered across the world. I understood that the footprints were mine and that I would be sent to bring the light of the gospel to Africa. The red pins were on cities that I would help impact for Christ. Ministry and Education
My current research and future PhD work focuses on the construction of an urban Pentecostal theology to inform and facilitate mission in urban cities. Pentecostalism is flourishing in the Global South and its urban centers. The unique traits of Pentecostal theology make it particularly adaptable to urban contexts and attractive to urban populations. Pentecostal Global Mission Network is working to fulfill this vision in practical ways through ministries to the urban poor and Muslim populations. Other ministries reach a post-Christian society and provide humanitarian aid and care. The Missionaries and Projects 2022
Pakistan - Natan Masih
Natan is a Pentecostal believer in a predominantly Muslim country who was born into a Christian family and named after the OT prophet Nathan. He, along with his sisters and younger brother, minister to Muslims throughout the region. His oldest sister is a preacher as well and his younger sister is a singer and leads the meetings in worship. (Please see the posts on this page to meet this young man and his sister)
When I first met Natan, he was working with the children in the neighborhoods and the Muslim teens in his community. He would provide meals for the families who would come and then hear him share a gospel message. I was able to help partner with him and purchase needed masks, food, instruments and other supplies. I spoke to the children through video chats and heard them recite the ten commandments they ALL had memorized! (See video post of a boy reciting them all!) I met his sister and family and talked to them as well. Soon, Natan began to minister in more meetings and travel to villages where many were healed and delivered from demonic forces. Throughout this 2 year growth process I have been communicating with and praying for this young man. There is a dynamic of the Spirit that has been evident as this partnership in ministry has grown. Natan will graduate from seminary soon and desires to start a work in Karachi, Pakistan. This is the 12th largest city in the world and the largest in its region. An urban center for mission is needed in this Muslim region of the world. If you would like to support this work please go to paypal.me/sendtheflame and mention his name in the memo. Europe and the U.S. - Markus and Inci Auth
Just prior to the pandemic, I had met Inci Auth and her husband, Markus, at a church Christmas party. They were evangelizing the Southern California region as they traveled through the area in their RV. I learned they were from Germany and ministered continuously on the road traveling through the U.S. and regions such as Slovenia, Croatia, Germany, Italy, France and Spain. They had decided to give up the comforts of home and their possessions to live a life of service. I was struck by their commitment and also the struggles they endured living daily on very little and their need for a reliable and more spacious vehicle. The Lord has given me an intercessor's heart for this couple and a desire to ease their burdens in temporal ways so that they might continue to serve the Lord as they bring their Prayer Patrol Ministry to countries where the light of Jesus is needed.
