In the resurrection of Christ, God declares that His substitutionary atonement was accepted, His propitiation satisfied divine wrath, His redemption secured our freedom, and His reconciliation restored us to Himself forever.

By God’s grace, 16,000 Shepherd’s Bags have been loaded and are bound for Ghana, West Africa. Brother Tim Tyler, Water for Christ Ministry, came with his truck and loaded on a cold, rainy day. We are thankful to partner with him to ship to Ghana. Thank you for all who have given, prayed and helped make this possible this year. Continue to pray for shipping to go smoothly but most of all pray for souls to be saved in the preaching of the Gospel in the far reaches of Ghana.

When I reflect on the goodness of God in the life of the Goodwin family, one of the first things that comes to mind is how He has called us into the ministry of missions. As many of you know, my dad, Rocky Goodwin, founded Evangelistic International Ministries nearly 28 years ago. I joined him full-time in 2003, and since then God has given us the privilege of traveling the globe to share and teach His Word.
God also called my son, Jason Goodwin, and his family into missions. He has planted two churches here in the United States, one in Laurel, Mississippi, and he is currently planting another in Ruston, Louisiana. My son-in-law, Jimmy Walker, together with my daughter, Julie Goodwin Walker, and their family, have served as missionaries in the Philippines. They are now raising funds to return there in the summer of 2027. Both Jason and Jimmy serve through the Baptist Missionary Association of America.
Seven of my fifteen grandchildren have already ministered in foreign countries. To say the Goodwin family has been blessed would be an understatement. Why God would choose to use us in this way is beyond my understanding, but one thing I do know: I am profoundly grateful to have a family whose heart beats for the nations.
This morning, as I sat reflecting on God’s goodness, I was overwhelmed by the way He has called and placed us in ministry. The words of a familiar hymn came to mind: “To God be the glory, great things He hath done.”

Thank you for your partnership in reaching the world with the gospel.

Evangelistic International Ministries has completed its 2025 team schedule. What a great year this has been this year. We were able to share the gospel with well over 5,000 people this year. We have seen many called by Christ and given new life.

We are already looking forward to our 2026 schedule. We will have 4 Shepherd’s Bag trip, 2 Overseas Bible School trips, 3 Barnabas trips and 1 BMMI/EIM Dental team scheduled. We would love nothing more than for you to consider traveling with EIM in 2026.

Our Shepherd’s Bag trip are 5 days long. You leave on a Monday and return that Friday. You will spend three days distributing Shepherd’s Bag in schools and presenting the gospel in each place.

Our Overseas Bible Schools are usually 8-10 days based on the country we are going to. If a 10-day trip to Tanzania we will leave on a Wednesday and arrive at our final destination on Friday. Bible School will start on Sunday afternoon and run through Wednesday afternoon.
Barnabas Touch trips are 10-day trips with 6 days of extensive teaching. Each day of teaching will be 8-10 hours.

Our Medical Mission trips are in partnership with BMMI. EIM takes a dental team to compliment the medical team. This trip is also a 12-day trip to Tanzania.

The cost of each trip convers airfare, transportation, lodging, and food while in country.
Below are a few testimonies from those who have traveled with us this year.

The thing that meant the most to me was watching how happy the kids were to learn about Jesus. Every time we spoke the gospel their smiles grew, and they all prayed so much attention to us, and they took in what we were saying really well.
-Brixey, Lonoke Baptist Church, Morrilton, Arkansas

The trip to Africa meant a world of things to me and taught me so much! One of the first things I learned this year is that regardless of how much you prepare if you allow him to God will turn your words into His, so the people hear what they need to hear! Once I learned this my stress levels and confidence in sharing Gods word increased so much!
-Will Jackson, Mt Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, Plumerville, Arkansas

The mission trip with EIM this year for me meant getting to see a whole different world, while connecting with some of the sweetest people sharing Gods precious word!!
-Allee Grace Duvall, Mt Pleasant Baptist Church. Plumerville, Arkansas

A mission trip is a humbling experience that fills you with a deep sense of gratitude and a strong desire to share the gospel with others. So many people are hungry for the word of God! It’s often easy to forget how incredibly fortunate we are in America to freely worship and learn about Him.
Stephanie DeLoach Antioch East Baptist Church, Magnolia, AR

Every mission trip is special, and the Tanzania 2025 trip was no exception. Tommy and I saw Jesus in that place, and He changed lives for eternity! We look forward to seeing our new brothers and sisters in eternity, and we are fired up to share the Gospel here at home and everywhere He sends us.
Sarah King, Northwest Baptist Church, El Dorado AR

In Tanzania we were involved with pure personal evangelism. Even when we did our OBS the greatest moments were making connections with people who were hungry to hear or share the Gospel.
-Thaddeus Stout 12th Street Baptist Church, Kalamazoo, Michigan

The LORD showed me that my preconceived ideas about "3rd world people" were 100% wrong. As we taught adult Bible school, the adults asked insightful deep questions that got to the root of who we are as fallen people in relationship to a thrice holy God. Despite a language barrier, I felt genuinely loved and accepted by the Tanzanian women.
-Rachel Stout 12th Street Baptist, Kalamazoo, Michigan

Brister Baptist Church, in Emerson, AR has done it again! Throughout this year they have assembled 4,000 Shepherd's Bags as a mission project at their church. They have a passion for missions that is second to none and a heart for service. Thank you church for having a burden for children and adults to hear about Jesus in distant lands.
