Our Lady of Lourdes Annual Spaghetti Dinner Raising much needed funds through this annual Sunday Dinner event to continue operations and program

Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Magna, Utah, was established in the early 20th century and the spaghetti dinner has been an annual tradition for almost as long. 82 years strong, this event helps to raise money to further the Parish programs to better serve the community of Magna, of people of all faiths, all needs.

Today we thank God for all fathers — dads, grandfathers, and godfathers who lead with faith, courage, and love.

We also honor the men who mentor and guide, offering fatherly care to children who may not have a dad at home. Your witness reflects the compassion of Christ in a powerful way.

We pray for men preparing to become fathers, and for all faith‑filled male role models who help strengthen families and build homes rooted in hope.

“The righteous man walks in integrity; blessed are his children after him.” — Proverbs 20:7

May God bless every father and father‑figure today, and may St. Joseph intercede for you always.

Let us pause and reflect on the meaning of today and give a prayer in memoriam for those who laid down their lives to give us the freedoms we continue to enjoy today. Their example of service to others was much like Christ as He laid down His Life for us that we may live our lives in free agency and with the promise of eternal life.
