🌱 Sunday Recap | Healthy Fruits Begin with Healthy Roots

If you missed Sunday’s message, we were reminded that God changes us from the inside out. When He changes our hearts, it changes how we live! ➡️ https://www.youtube.com/live/EMhB7UMD088?si=PNn9E-n0HBEuR6t6

Pastor Matt walked us through Colossians 3:1–17 and shared three important truths:

🌱 Set our hearts on Christ
🌱 Put away things that don’t belong.
🌱 Put on what reflects Jesus.

He deserves our focus! Our attention determines our direction, and healthy roots produce healthy fruit.

“Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.” Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭2‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Our Youth Pastor, Sean, shared a powerful message from Ephesians 4, challenging us to walk worthy of the calling God has placed on our lives.

We are called to put off our old selves, be renewed in our minds, and put on the new self, created in God’s likeness in righteousness and holiness.

📖 Ephesians 4:1, 17-24

“I therefore, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to walk in a manner worthy of the calling to which you have been called,”
‭‭Ephesians‬ ‭4‬:‭1‬ ‭ESV‬‬

Operation Christmas Child is in full swing! Through this ministry, children around the world have the opportunity to hear about and experience the love of Jesus!

Be sure to grab a shoebox (or even two) this Sunday and fill it with love. Filled boxes need to be returned to the church by November 8th.

Let’s work together to share the love of Jesus, one shoebox at a time! 🌎❤️

We’re still reminiscing on the beauty of Baptism Sunday & Harvest Fest! 🤍

What an amazing day spent together celebrating what God is doing and all that He has done. From celebrating baptisms to enjoying time together as a church family, it was a day we won’t soon forget!

To every person who served, volunteered, cooked, set up, cleaned up, welcomed, encouraged, prayed, and helped make this day possible — THANK YOU! We couldn’t have done it without you. Your heart for serving and your willingness to pour into others is such a beautiful picture of the body of Christ.

God is doing BIG things! 🤍
