We are grateful to be in our new building and are eager to serve our community. The rebuilding has been slow, but God has graciously provided incredible help along the way. There's still plenty to do, but we can't wait any longer to begin inviting others to journey with us. We are excited to discover the new faces and ministries God has in store!

Proud of all these men and those we couldn't catch in a picture. We've got doors! Need to get a little more trim, but we did all we could today.

Someone said Wedneday night, running a catwalk in the attic to service AC units, "The seven of us got the work done of two able-bodied professionals, but with the heart of more than 50!" Our men and all these that joined us this morning from Embrace Church in Forest, were giving their all as an act of worship. Some of their faces told on them, gratitude and desire that they had more to offer Him.

So thankful for brothers that can see and share in God's heart to reach and serve our community! Praying this building will continue to serve Christ and our community well beyond our lifetime.

We've made some great progress in the last couple months! We're getting close: sheetrock, ceiling, paint, plumbing, and now lights! AC crew is just getting started installing units and Embrace Church in Forest is sending some men Saturday to help us hang doors! Doors and floors have our attention right now.

Goodwater Baptist Church has allowed us to partner with them in some significant outreach plans this summer that have already begun. We're hoping to host all of July's events at the new building!

It's been incredibly encouraging to see so many churches and individuals share in this project! Some have made significant sacrifices of their time, talents, and finances to invest in the work we believe God wants to do here. Once we settle in, we hope to plan a Sunday night service and Open House inviting all the churches and individuals God has used to bless us to come and see. We want to show our gratitude by worshipping together, praying for God to use us and the new facility to serve our community and point others to Jesus!

Please continue praying and look for us to share some dates as things come together!

We will be pausing our livestreaming for at least a couple months until we are able to get into the new building. In the mean time, join us at 624 10th Ave Se, Magee at 10:30 Sunday mornings! We'll update when we have a firm open date for the new building! Appreciate your prayers and support!

So grateful for this crew joining us from First Baptist Magee and Christian Life Church! A few slipped out before we could get their picture, but we couldnt be more appreciative of each one. They made it light work accomplished a lot! Everything gets better when God's people work together. Praying to see and share in a lot more of that in Simpson County!

Making great progress this week!
Plumbing, electric, and HVAC roughed in and foam insulation getting started.

Tomorrow morning (Saturday, February 15) we will meet at 730 to move some plywood and get a floor in the loft. Able bodies and able schedules are hard to coordinate. We welcome all the muscle we can find to join us! Come on and see the progress! Excited about what God is preparing us for!

We won't have livestream today. We know we've had some trouble with sound and are waiting for some new mics to come in. Hope to have it resolved for next week.
