Praying over a prayer cloth and anointing it with oil came after the kids prayed via FaceTime for a man in the hospital. Their compassion to send him the prayer cloth was from their beautiful hearts of faith in Jesus. ♥️♥️♥️

A friend encouraged her to come for kids to pray for her hand. For many years, she had tried all kinds of medicine and nothing was healing her hand. It was painful, often bleeding, and nothing seemed to help.

Four children listen to her story, put a prayer silk around her shoulders and asked questions. Like how long has it been like this? How much does it hurt? One of them had a drawing that she had already done and gave it to the lady and said this has to come under the cross of Jesus.

Then they began to pray. As they began, they asked if they could put anointing oil on her hand, she agreed. They rubbed oil on her hand as they prayed, and then they wrapped her whole arm in a prayer shawl and continued to pray for her hand. She felt tingling, heat and as they prayed, “Pain go” and “Be healed in Jesus Name,” all the pain left.

It looked better, with no pain. The dried sores were still there. The kids told her to keep praying about it, they agreed it was going to go away completely.

I recently saw the faithfilled lady who showed me her healed hand and said it was like the kids said, it gradually dried up and went away.

DANCE LIKE KARI JOBE!

A lady in her late 70s with pain and swelling in her knee told the kids she did not want to have knee replacement surgery the doctor was recommending. She told them she came for kids to pray for her because she believed they would pray with great faith and agree with her that surgery was not going to be her future. They asked about the surgery, not understanding how a knee could be replaced. After learning a little about it, they were ready to pray. They agreed with her, that would be terrible and painful!!

She was very happy the kids were ready to pray expecting something to happen. They prayed very simple prayers like, “Pain go in Jesus name“, God heal her in Jesus name amen.” and “Knee be healed in Jesus name.” and “God she does not want to have surgery so she needs her knee healed. We pray she is healed now in Jesus name”. The kids prayed and anointed her forehead and anointed her knee and declared that she was not going to have surgery. It was a happy faith-filled prayer session.

Each time the team of two boys ages 7 & 8 and two girls ages, 5 & 7 prayed, they took turns and all would pray. Then they would stop and say, “Walk around and see how your knee feels”. She walked around the prayer room and each time, the pain was less. They were encouraged. They could all tell the swelling was a little less so they prayed again. They all prayed again, and again, each time the pain was less.

They were praying in a prayer room next to the worship room. As they were about to end the prayer time, a loud Kari Jobe song came through the walls. One of the girls said, “You are going to dance like Kari Jobe!” So, they all went with her into the worship room and started dancing. As the lady danced, her pain was less and less until finally, it was completely gone. Then this lady who came hobbling in really danced! The kids danced with her and were so excited to see her dancing before Jesus.

Healing is what still communicates so much of Jesus’s love for the person that they will follow Him any where after that!

When you look at this breakdown of Jesus’ ministry in Matthew… it’s eye-opening. Nearly half of what He did was healing and miracles.

And yet today, so much of the Church has shifted from the simplicity of His method:

Teach.
Preach.
Heal.

That was how Jesus reached cities.
That was how He opened spiritually closed doors.
That was how the early church grew with unstoppable momentum.

But somewhere along the way, we replaced power with programming.
We replaced miracles with management.
We replaced Kingdom demonstration with church strategy.

Here’s the truth every believer (and especially every leader) needs to see:

Jesus’ ministry model was never meant to change.
It still works today.
And the miraculous is still God’s plan for reaching the world.
