Parents and students of Limitless, just a reminder that we will be having a Parent Meeting immediately following Sunday morning service this Sunday!

We know everyone has lunch plans and busy schedules, so we will keep the meeting brief. We will cover what’s coming up for Limitless Student Ministries through December, including upcoming events, what we will be learning on Wednesday nights, and some important information for students and parents.

We would love for all Limitless parents and students to stick around and be a part of the meeting!

We’ll see you Sunday!

Serve the Lord with joy.

Psalm 100:2 says, “Worship the Lord with gladness; come before him with joyful songs.”

Joy is not just something we feel when life is going our way. As followers of Jesus, joy comes from knowing who God is and remembering all He has done for us.

We get to serve Him. We get to worship Him. We get to be part of what He is doing in our families, our church, and our community.

So whatever today brings, choose joy. Serve with a grateful heart. Worship with expectation. Let the goodness of God shape the way you walk through this day.

We don't serve because we have to.

We serve because we get to.

Keep running.

Hebrews 12:1 reminds us to “run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”

Every race has moments when you feel tired. There are seasons when the finish line seems farther away than you expected. But God has not called us to quit when the road gets difficult.

Lay aside what is weighing you down. Let go of the distractions, the disappointments, the comparison, and the things that keep you from moving forward.

You may not be able to see the finish line yet, but you can take the next step.

Keep your eyes on Jesus. Keep moving forward. Keep running the race God has placed before you.

Your faithfulness matters.

We need each other.

1 Corinthians 12:12 reminds us that “just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.”

The church was never meant to be a collection of people doing their own thing. We are one body, with different gifts, different stories, and different roles, but one purpose.

You matter. Your gifts matter. Your presence matters.

There is a place for you in the body of Christ. Maybe you are called to lead, serve, encourage, give, teach, worship, or simply be there for someone who needs a friend.

Whatever your part may be, don’t underestimate its importance.

When we each do our part, the whole body becomes stronger.

Let’s be the Church together.

God is doing something new.

Isaiah 43:19 says, “See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”

Sometimes we get so focused on what God has done that we miss what He is doing right now. Sometimes the past makes us afraid to believe for something new.

But God is still working. He is still making a way. He is still bringing life into places that seem dry and impossible.

Don’t let yesterday keep you from believing God for tomorrow.

Lift your eyes. Open your heart. Trust His direction.

Something new is springing up.

Every day, we have a choice about who we will serve.

Joshua 24:15 reminds us that following God is not just a decision we make once. It is a decision we make every day.

“Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve... But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.”

Let’s choose Jesus when it’s easy and when it’s difficult. Let’s choose faith when we cannot see the whole picture. Let’s choose obedience when it costs us something.

And may our homes be places where the next generation sees what it looks like to faithfully serve the Lord.

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Today we celebrate six incredible stories of lives made new in Christ.

On July 26, we had the privilege of celebrating as six people publicly declared their faith through water baptism. Baptism is a powerful testimony that the old is gone, the new has come, and Jesus is changing lives.

As a church family, we rejoice with each person who took this next step in their walk with Christ. We are thankful for what God is doing in our church, and we can't wait to see how He continues to work in and through each of these lives.

Join us in celebrating these six individuals and praying for them as they continue to follow Jesus.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come." 2 Corinthians 5:17
