First Christian Church Preschool offers Montessori based instruction for ages 6 months through pre-kindergarten. As the oldest preschool in Hopkins County, and with over 60 years of experience, FCCP is a fantastic choice for all families looking to get their child off to a great start! Recently, we expanded to add a Kindergarten program to our already successful operation. Our program offers an in

dividualized approach to instruction where children are taught to their level of understanding without the expectation of meeting unrealistic benchmarks. FCCP children are free to learn at their own pace with gentle guidance from our well-trained and well-rounded staff! Our students have the opportunity to be educated both inside our amazing facility and outside among our 14 acres of green space! The children are given instruction in both music and art education as well as invited to learn from master gardeners in our community garden. We believe there is truly no limit to what a child can learn. Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe environment for your child where learning is a happy, challenging and creative experience. Together we can create a secure, consistent environment that will promote a positive self-concept and self-sufficiency in your developing child.

The morning of Tuesday, September 8th the Photo Booth will be back. The booth is self served and you will follow the prompts on the screen. It will be available from 7am-10am. Allow extra time when dropping your child off to strike a pose for the first day. 📸⭐️

3- & 4-Year-Old Preschool and Extended Care Parent Orientation

This orientation is for parents only. We encourage all parents to attend as we will review important information for the upcoming school year and provide each family with an updated parent handbook and forms to be filled out for your child’s registration to be complete.

We look forward to seeing you and getting the 2026–2027 school year off to a great start!

The last few weeks have been SO much fun. It may be summertime but we are keeping these little brains growing every day. While still reviewing our words, numbers, and letters, we have also been learning about all the different types of insects and the parts of a flower.

A BIG thank you to Sommer Bell (Bell Bouquets) for coming today and talking to the students about growing flowers, letting them pot their own, and making a beautiful flower arrangement! 🌸🌻🌺
