Our rehearsal will be trimmed to 45 minutes today due to the Coffee House concert tonight. We will be done at 6. Be ready to move quickly through the music.

Below is our Christmas 2012 Schedule:
Hanson Holiday Open House - Saturday, November 10
Meet at gazebo at 12:00 noon, sing at 12:30 – 1:00 pm. Dress is Festive attire.
You may want to tour the businesses before or afterward.

Woman’s Club of Madisonville Tree-Mendous Christmas Auction – Tuesday, November 13
Meet at Ballard Convention Center at 5:30 for rehearsal, sing at 6:30 as guests arrive. Dress is black and white.
Those wishing to participate in the 7:00 pm auction will need to purchase a ticket for $12.

Parkway Plaza Mall – Saturday, November 24
Meet at Center Stage (near Peebles) at 5:15 pm, sing at 5:30 – 6:00ish. Dress is black and white.
Alternate date: Our choice. There are no special events planned by mall management.

Christmas at the Glema Center Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, December 13
Meet on stage for rehearsal with combined choirs, 6:00 – 8:00 pm.

Christmas at the Glema Center Performance – Saturday, December 15
Men’s Chorus rehearsal 11:00 am to 12 noon.
Full Dress Rehearsal (All Groups) 12 noon – 2:00 pm.
Call – 6:00 pm. Dress is black and white. (festive accessories are negotiable)
Performance – 7:00 pm.

Hand Bells rehearse on SATURDAY, DECEMBER 17 from 11am to 12noon.

Brass Choir rehearses on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16 from 6 to 8pm.
