Broadmoor will host a Belize Mission Trip Interest Meeting on Sunday, April 12th at noon in F100 for those interested in joining a mission team traveling to Belize City, Belize, August 1st-8th, 2026. ATLANTA STUDENT TEAM UPDATE:
Our 9th and 10th grade students have been serving with our mission partner, City View Church, in Atlanta this week! They have been seeing firsthand what it takes to plant a church โ€“ including setting up and tearing down for its Sunday services. They even got to help set up a baptistry โ€“ a meaningful part of their worship experience! Thank you for praying for this team. May they be encouraged to share their faith by what they have seen and heard this week!

PHOENIX STUDENT TEAM UPDATE:
Our 11th and 12th grade students have had a productive time serving with our mission partner, Kingโ€™s Church, in Anthem, Arizona! They have had meaningful times of training and conversation with the pastors of this new church plant. A highlight was helping the church set up and tear down for its Sunday service โ€“ a massive operation! Our students got to serve as โ€œsecret shoppersโ€ to help Kingโ€™s Church assess a first-time visitorโ€™s experience. The team was also able to show how the church operates in community by serving at a church memberโ€™s house who has a non-believing spouse - pulling weeds like they had never seen. See the before and after pictures below! Thank you for praying for this team. May the seeds planted this week continue to grow in the hearts of our students and the people they served!

UPDATE FROM OUR NORTH GEORGIA MISSION TEAM:

Our team successfully arrived at our host camp, Strong Rock. We purchased the last of our supplies and settled in. Allen McGehee led us in singing and Adam Welch shared a message from Matthew. Afterwards, the kids played โ€œspotlightโ€ and caught toads. Tomorrow weโ€™ll spend the morning team building before sending our hiking teams out and organizing our supplies for the following days. Please pray that we would continue to come together as a team and that God would already be working in the hearts of the hikers weโ€™ll meet.
