Graves Chapel

Graves Chapel Graves Chapel was established in 1885. Today, under the auspices of the Episcopal church, the chapel is an ecumenical center of worship.

Graves Chapel hosts an evening prayer service at 4 pm on the second Sunday and the last Sunday of the month, with a potluck supper to follow if the service falls on a fifth Sunday of the month. We also sponsor annual events to draw the community together, including Easter vigils, Thanksgiving harvest services, Christmas carol sings, and a Christmas dinner. Other events throughout the year include

special lectures, movie nights, painting classes, and more! Graves Chapel is available for weddings, baptisms, funerals, meetings, and other events. Please ask if you would like to host an event in the chapel. We are open to serving your needs if we can. We welcome your prayers, visits, and donations.

Join us for a special event on Sunday, March 17, at 4 pm! Graves Chapel will host a St. Patrick's Day musical celebration. We will sing traditional Irish hymns and ballads. Special guests include Brad Jackson as musical accompanist and Ray White, senior music specialist with the Library of Congress. We'll sing and learn about these cherished hymns, and then enjoy a potluck feast. A corned beef main course will be provided; please bring a side dish or dessert to share if you are able.
