Twice a year, we as Foundation staff dedicate a full day to strategy, alignment, and team building. We had a fruitful time at Dottie’s Ranch last month celebrating birthdays and new staff members, reviewing the progress of our initiatives, and praying into our work. We love our extraordinary SLBF team!
