Jesus has impacted other teens to catch the vision and learn the importance of taking a stand for God now. Randal began to get emails from teens in many different states that are taking a bold stand for God and from teens who want to take a stand for God but do not know where to begin. Randal has a passion to Equip this generation to stand for God and to advance the kingdom of God across the nation.IStand is a movement that is passionate about teaching teens the importance of making a personal commitment to stand for Jesus, to know why they Stand for Jesus, and to help youth pastors effectively disciple students through the word of God. Suicide is the third leading cause of death. How Does iStand Empower Students? We empower students through the word of God and through prayer, We know that if we can get a generation back to seeking Gods face unlike never before and in HIS word unlike never before this generation will find their purpose and the great commission will not be the great suggestion it become a reality in their lives. iStand Provides a weekly Radio show to empower students that gives them a platform to share why they stand for Jesus and also letting them know that we are here for them and ready to listen to what is going on in their world. iStand provides Resources to youth pastors such as discipleship material that they can go through with their students, Through our events we do sessions with youth pastors covering topics like "Dont let the Fire Die" Give students a environment to go after God, Your the generals of this generation don't give up. How does iStand Challenge students? Teach the importance of having a ongoing Relationship with God, Distinguish the difference between Religion and Relationship. Challenge them to seek God through prayer, Live a life that reveals who God is,Live a life of Faith into Action. How does iStand Equip? Through one night events (Wed night youth services) and two day events (Conferences) to share the importance of taking a stand for God, How and why to witness, Sharing the difference between Religion and a Relationship with God. We strive to equip students through discipleship and we follow up with students and help get them plugged into local churches we believe that Follow up is the main key to raising a generation of warriors up to change their schools, Communities, and the nation. How does iStand Encourage students? Through testimonies of our team members many of them come from being delivered from self injury, Drugs, Alcohol and we encourage students through letting them know that their past does not define them and that God does have a purpose for their life and that their identity should only be found in Christ. How does iStand Raise a Generation to make a personal commitment to stand for the truth of Gods word? Through Prayer Initiatives, Teaching them the importance of demonstrating Gods power and who He is, by getting them to understand
