Did you do your homework?

Tune in or turn up tonight for Wednesday Night LIVE in "The Bixler." Tonight will be the next of a series, led by Michael Ross, examining the story arc and the individual books that make up the Bible. And, in keeping with Michael's unique style, there will be a little bit of fun and singing in there as well. Tonight, after a time of remembrance, we will exegete Exodus.

A change though.... The stream will start at 6:35 (instead of the usual time of 6:20). This is to allow for some fun snacks to be enjoyed by those who are able to attend in person. The actual start of content will be at 6:45, so hang with us.

God doesn't call very many Christians to do great things, but He does call all of us to do small things in a great way, in the name of Christ, for God's glory. You don't have to write a book, produce a TV show, or climb Mount Everest to have a testimony about God's grace that's worth sharing. He can take even the most ordinary person and bless them with an extraordinary lifetime journey.

On the 3rd of January 2024 edition of Stories of Amazing Grace, Terry Ashley will talk about his struggle with rediscovering a long-lost faith and how God gives us a purpose and allows us to join Him in His work.

I want to share my story of “An Answered Prayer.” God does answer prayers!
This is my story of amazing grace.

I strive to keep my experience with domestic violence as a life learning experience and one to grow from. I feel it is important for me to keep a positive outlook of “What I survived” versus “What happened to me.” I encourage other survivors of domestic violence to focus on “their new life” and their new self instead of reliving the life they came out of.

Throughout my eight-month nightmare (in 1997 and 1998), I prayed for God to get me out of the abusive marriage. My prayer was answered in July 1998.

I want to share my story and experience in hopes of encouraging other survivors.
Over the years, I have used art to help in healing. My art includes drawing, painting, sculpture, leatherworking, and silver jewelry making.

Shirley Kirby had the idea nearly two years ago, ‘the homeless population need a hot meal!’ She is gifted as a, from scratch cook and sour dough baker! Those talents are on display every week as she serves our homeless community. Today is her second year to serve Easter Dinner! Thank you Shirley and everyone that pitches in to help! God bless you all!

It’s time once again to share the love with the kids in our community! Join us if you can Volunteer, and spread the word to the middle school families in Madison that we will be there! If you are volunteering and have large umbrellas, please bring them so we can help the people stay as dry as possible. The morning forecast is promising lots and lots of rain! Wear your rain gear! We open the doors at 10:30 God bless!
