Thank you to everyone who helped make the 103rd Blessed Sacrament Christmas Market such a success! From our incredible event co-chairs and bakers to the many volunteers and vendors, this day simply would not happen without you. Our school kids added so much heart and color with their artwork, and our shoppers brought the energy that made the whole place come alive.

Special thanks to our parish and school staff for their steady support, and to Kate for keeping our vendors organized and cared for throughout the process. And a big thank you to Nancy for her tireless work getting everything ready behind the scenes.

We are grateful for the time, talent, and spirit each of you brought to this year’s market. It was a joy to see it all come together.

Thanks to all who came to the Market this past weekend! It was wonderful to see the joy and community all around.

We do still have some Christmas Trees (beautiful quality direct from Northern Wisconsin!) available for sale, and we have reduced the prices to move them out! There are a variety of sizes of both Balsam and Fraser fir trees, in sizes from 5-9 ft.

The lot will be open this week from 3:15 - 3:45 M-W (unless the weather is truly disgusting). We will also be open tonight (Monday) from 6-7pm.

If you are unable to come at those times, e-mail or call Phil Bower and he will arrange for someone to meet you at the lot!

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

We've got fun events going all day long at the 103rd Blessed Sacrament Christmas Market tomorrow (Dec. 6) from 9am - 3pm.

In addition to the all-day aspects (artisan and culinary vendors, raffle, cookie walk, tree lot, kids shopping market, book fair and Mound Bread), we also have a few other events to highlight throughout the day:

11am - 1pm : Farm-to-Table Luncheon (pulled pork sandwiches with delicious sides) in the Friary

also 11am - 1pm : FREE photos with Santa (take your own) at The AirBar in the playground parking lot area

1:15pm : Making Memories with a Glass of Wine, a presentation and wine tasting featuring Sognefjord Winery in the Friary

2pm : Cookie decorating demo and awards for best cookie walk submissions in the Friary

2:45pm : Raffle drawing and market closing!

MARKET DETAILS:

We are almost ready for Christmas Market - it's looking like a festive wonderland around here! A few notes to help make your market experience run smoothly:

🎄Our vendor and artisan map is up on our website (blsacrament.org/christmasmarket) if you'd like to check it out before you visit.
🎄Entrances to the market are all on Rowley Ave, and customer parking is in the West parking lot (the side closer to the church). There are stairs on each side of the church that will lead you to Assembly Hall. If you would prefer an elevator, that entrance is between the church and school buildings.
🎄Our Christmas Tree lot as well as the Airbar vintage Airstream (hosting wreath, housewares and cookie sales as well as Santa from 11am - 1pm) will be located in the East playground parking lot.
🎄To help with traffic flow, please ENTER parking lots on Rowley and EXIT on Hollister Ave.

Our Kids’ Shopping Market is BACK at the Christmas Market this Saturday from 9am - 3pm. It’s a sweet spot just for children to pick out presents for family and friends, with items priced between 1 and 5 dollars. Cash is preferred to help little shoppers move quickly. It’s a fun way for kids to feel the joy of choosing something all on their own!

For more than 100 years, the Blessed Sacrament Christmas Market has been a place where our parish, school, and neighbors across Madison come together to celebrate the start of the season. This beloved tradition continues thanks to your support.

This year, proceeds from the 103rd Market will be shared equally:

🎅Half will strengthen the Blessed Sacrament School Endowment Fund, providing scholarships and tuition support for our students.

🎄Half will fund parish liturgical needs—candles, linens, church flowers, and other items lovingly supported for decades by the Rosary Altar Society.

Thank you for shopping, volunteering, and celebrating with us. Your generosity helps keep this century-old tradition alive.

Unfortunately there are a lot of Facebook scammers out there this year - it's become almost a part-time job trying to block and delete all the fraud comments on this page! If you see a post or get a message about vendor spots being open... it's not true. Do not message them. If you have any questions about our Christmas Market, please contact us directly through this page or the email listed in our info. Thanks and be safe out there!
