One of the gifts of prayer is the opportunity to hold others in our hearts and bring their needs before God.

Join us tonight as our Prayer Study welcomes Sarah Burbach and Ruth Bearden from Madison First United Methodist Church to share about their congregation’s intercessory prayer ministry.

Come learn, listen, and join the conversation about praying for our friends, family, and community.

At MPC, we believe in sharing God’s love with our neighbors near and far. ❤️

Operation Christmas Child gives us a special opportunity to bring joy to children in need around the world through gift-filled shoeboxes.

Join us in participating! Pick up a shoebox, a How to Pack a Box brochure, and a label at church. Choose the age group and gender before filling your box, then return it to MPC by Sunday, November 15.

Every box is an opportunity to share love, hope, and the joy of Jesus! 🎁

As Pastor Tommy reminded us Sunday, each of us has a place and a purpose in the church. Our gifts may be different, but we belong to one another, united by the same Spirit.

Paul writes in 1 Corinthians 12:12–13 (NRSV) that just as the body is one with many members, so it is with Christ. We were all baptized into one body by one Spirit.

What a privilege it is to be part of the body of Christ and to share in the life and ministry of Madison Presbyterian Church! May we continue to use the gifts God has given us to love our neighbors, serve our community, welcome others, and live out our faith together.

We belong to Christ. We belong to one another. And we each have a part to play.

“For in the one Spirit we were all baptized into one body.” — 1 Corinthians 12:13 (NRSV)

As we gather for worship each Sunday, we ask those who are able to walk a little farther to park at the Cultural Center or in the two rows closest to the playground at the back of our parking lot.

Keeping the closest spaces available for visitors, people with disabilities, and those with limited mobility is a simple way to show kindness to our neighbors. The first row is reserved for visitors and those needing accessible parking.

Thank you for helping MPC be a place where everyone feels welcome!

💙 Prayer Connects Us! How do churches support one another through prayer? On Wednesday, October 21, Sarah Burbach and Ruth Bearden from Madison First United Methodist Church will join our Prayer Study to share about their Intercessory Prayer Ministry.
