First Southern Baptist Church Madera First Southern Baptist Church Madera is a church on the move. More and more we are seeing our numbers increase. Further, we know why we are growing.

Decisions for Christ are Frequent and our Baptistery is put to good use. First, our church is fundamental in belief; The Bible is inspired by God and embodies absolute truth. We believe that man's sins have separated him from God and that Christ Jesus has come to intercede on our behalf by paying the price for our sins on the cross. For this; we come to worship God for graciously providing His Son

to save us. Second, we are evangelical. Our mission is to seek and to save those who are lost. We cannot expect blessings from our Heavenly Father if we are unwilling to roll up our sleeves and work for Him. If you are without a church family, know that you will be received into ours. You are welcome to worship a risen Savior and to work for the glory of God alongside us.

July 18, 2026, the Flock Youth Group at the First Southern Baptist church is having a car wash. It will be between 9am-1pm in the church parking lot at 711 Nebraska Street, Madera. All donations will benefit the youth in providing a safe and secure place to meet, fellowship and study the word of God. Thank you.
