As we begin this new year and new season. God is doing some sifting and shifting in our lives. We should reflect on the words from Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, “ says the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, to give you and hope and a future. “

Many of us have detour our future because we haven’t done the proper work for inner healing. This begins with changing how we think and speak. For the next 30 days beginning January 2.

Let’s start the process of inner healing by practicing “Holy Hush” Reframe from negative speech and conversation. Yes that means no complaining, venting, profanity, gossiping etc.

You can do it. Let this become a discipline in your life by praying and listening to God more rather than entertaining the negative. Trust the process and watch God heal your thoughts and heart,
