It's an easy phrase to say. But when you are walking through the difficulties of relationships, finances, parenting, and so much more—it's important that we stay grounded and remember that it's more than a quaint 'church' phrase. It is something His Word reminds us of.

As He calls you into steps of faith, remember that GOD IS ENOUGH

There’s just something about Sundays. 👀

People walking in.
Conversations in the lobby.
Kids running to their rooms.
Friends finding their seats.
A church family gathering around Jesus.

And today, one question we’re still thinking about:

Is God enough?

What if the reason you’re advancing isn’t that you’re doing too little?

What if you’re pouring too much of yourself into things that were never meant to satisfy you?

We can fill our schedules, chase success, build comfortable lives—and still wonder why we feel empty, lost, or like we’re simply going through the motions.

The people in Haggai’s day knew that feeling.

Maybe the answer isn’t doing more.

Maybe it’s asking whether what we’re doing actually matters.

“Consider your ways.” — Haggai 1:5

Two words can quietly keep us from becoming who God is calling us to be:

**“Not yet.”**

I’ll forgive them… not yet.
I’ll start giving… not yet.
I’ll serve… not yet.
I’ll deal with that sin… not yet.
I’ll live on mission… not yet.
I’ll disciple my kids… not yet.

We rarely tell God **“never.”** We just keep telling Him **“later.”**

But delayed obedience is still disobedience.

What’s the thing God has been asking you to do that you keep answering with **“not yet”?**

Maybe today is the day to say **yes.**

Your kids will learn more about generosity by **watching you give** than by hearing you talk about giving.

What if we stopped hiding the financial decisions from our kids and started inviting them into them?

Let them see the sacrifice.
Let them wrestle with the decision.
Let them experience the joy of meeting someone else’s need.

Because generosity isn’t just something we teach our kids.

**It’s something we let them watch us live.**
