What does it truly mean to follow Christ? And what would happen if the people around us could encounter God's love and mercy simply through knowing us?
During our parish's 30th Anniversary celebration, we were blessed to welcome His Grace, Bishop Gerasim, who delivered a powerful homily on Christ's commandment to love our enemies, show mercy without expecting anything in return, and become living witnesses of the Gospel.
Through a remarkable account of an Orthodox Christian imprisoned under communism, His Grace reminds us that our calling is not simply to believe in Christ, but to become like Him.
