I saw this marketing board for recruiting volunteers and thought I would share it. Recruiting volunteers looks very different than it has in the past, so this may be helpful to some of you.

BGMC Trading Cards and game boards will be available at Kids Camp. Card packs are $5 each and game boards are $25 each. Cases (24 packs per case) can be purchased at a discounted rate of $100 ($20 savings). Check out the BGMC Trading Card website at www.bgmctradingcards.tv.

KIDS CAMP PLAYLIST

For those of you attending Kids Camp in just a few weeks, here is our praise & worship set list for our services. The first six songs are our praise/action songs, and the second six songs are our slow, worship songs. Obviously, songs are always subject to change, but these will be our primary songs. Unfortunately, we do not have motion videos for the first six songs. Many of you are probably using these songs, so motions may vary to some degree. Sharing this list will at least give you time to learn lyrics you may not know.

TODAY IS THE DAY!

We are excitedly praying and preparing for our upcoming KIDS CAMPS! As you finalize your church's registrations, please note the following reminders:

1. On time registration deadline for Kids Camp is TODAY. Any and all participant registrations received after today will be subject to updated registration rates.

2. All paid deposit spots must be filled with actual registrations by tonight in order to qualify for on time pricing. Any spots not filled with actual registrations by midnight will be released.

3. If you're sending a deposit check, please make payable to GA KIDMIN and send via UPS or FedEx only. Please send us this tracking number today so we can be sure to count your group as confirmed for ON TIME pricing. If you wish to pay your church's camp deposit via credit card please visit gakidmin.org/payment

4. You can still register campers and leaders up until the start of camp but at current rate at time of registration. Prices increase by an additional $20/camper ($179/Camps 1 & 2 and $219/Camp 3) for June 11-30. Prices increase an additional $50/camper ($209/Camps 1 & 2 and $249/ Camp 3) July 1 through the start of camp. Please contact us prior to any last-minute registrations to ensure availability

All Adult Verification Forms MUST BE turned in to the KidMin office by Friday, June 28. Please scan (not photograph) and email to [email protected] . Date of last background check conducted by the church must be indicated on the form.

Please mark your calendars for a Zoom orientation for all leaders on Sunday, June 23. Invites and reminders will be sent on Monday, June 17.

DEADLINE IS MONDAY

On time registration deadline for Kids Camp at Timberlake is this Monday, June 10.

If you do not fill all your remaining spots with actual online registrations by this Monday, we will release any unregistered spots for other churches and the remainder of the deposit will be applied to your overall balance.

After this Monday, you can still register campers and leaders but at the increased price (Camps 1 & 2 - $179/Camp 3 - $219) through June 30.

Remember, all Adult Verification Forms must be completed, signed by lead pastor, and in our office by Friday, June 28. The date of current background check by the church must be listed on the form. No AVF will be accepted without this information.

KIDS CAMP UPDATE

1. On time registration deadline for Kids Camp is one week from today on Monday, June 10. A $100 deposit for campers and leaders must be received by this date.

2. All paid deposit spots must be filled with actual registrations by Monday, June 10. Any spots not filled with actual registrations will be released.

3. If you're mailing a deposit check, please send this Priority and obtain a tracking number. We've already had 3 checks either delayed significantly or lost.

4. You can still register campers and leaders up until the start of camp but at current rate at time of registration.

5. Prices increase by an additional $20/camper ($179/Camps 1 & 2 and $219/Camp 3) for June 11-30. Prices increase an additional $50/camper ($209/Camps 1 & 2 and $249/Camp 3) July 1 through the start of camp.

6. No walk up registrations will be accepted.

7. All Adult Verification Forms MUST BE turned in to the KidMin office by Friday, June 28. No exceptions will be made. Everyone has had ample time to get these completed and signed by their Lead Pastor. Date of last background check conducted by the church must be indicated on the form.

8. Teams and team colors for all camps will be announced 2 weeks prior to first camp.

9. We will have a Zoom orientation for all leaders on Thursday, June 20. Invites and reminders will be sent on Monday, June 17.
