WHEN JUSTICE FAILS, GOD STILL REIGNS
I understand how frustrating it can be when it appears that injustice has prevailed—especially when it seems there is little or nothing you can do about it. In moments like these, it is important to remember that this world is not our final destination.
The Bible declares that it is appointed unto men once to die, and after this, the judgment. Every person—regardless of race, status, position, wealth, influence, ethnicity, or background—will one day stand before God and give an account for every deed done in this life, whether good or bad.
That judgment will not be conducted by a flawed system, a biased jury, a corrupt official, or a prejudiced institution. It will be conducted by the Supreme Judge of all creation—God Almighty Himself.
And this same God has declared in His Word:
"Vengeance is Mine; I will repay."
So to every person who has suffered injustice, witnessed injustice, or feels wounded by what appears to be unequal treatment: take courage.
God sees what others overlook.
God knows what others deny.
God records what others ignore.
Jesus taught in Matthew 7 that the standard by which people judge others will ultimately be the standard by which they themselves are judged. No act of cruelty, corruption, prejudice, or injustice escapes the eyes of God.
Therefore, do not lose hope.
Cry if you must.
Pray without ceasing.
Stand for righteousness.
Trust God through the process.
The God of Heaven is neither blind nor absent. He sees every tear, hears every cry, and knows every truth. In His time, justice will be served perfectly and completely.
Hold on.
Keep believing.
Keep praying.
God is still on the throne.
