Good morning! We will have a “Live” Worship Service today, May 17, 2026, at approximately 10:00 am. The Worship Leader is Carol Anne Moseley. Our Lord’s Word is found in the Book of Acts, Chapter 1, verses 1 - 11 from the New International Version (NIV). Pastor John Forthman’s message is titled, “FROM WATCHING TO WITNESSING”.

Our Director of Music is Oneta Winkler and pianist, Stephen Graham. The Opening Hymn is “Spirit of the Living God”, # 393, United Methodist Hymnal (UMH). The Anthem “All Hail the Power” will be brought to us by Mike Howard. Our Hymn of Praise is “Here I Am, Lord”, # 593 (UMH) verses 1 - 3.” The Hymn Sending Us Forth is “Freely, Freely”, # 370 (UMH) verses 1 & 2.

The flowers were given by the Open Door Class.

We will have a “Live” Worship Service today, May 3, 2026, at approximately 10:00 am. The Worship Leader is Mike Howard. Our Lord’s Word is found in the Book of Acts, Chapter 2, verses 42-47 from the Legacy Standard Bible (LSB). Pastor John Forthman’s message is titled, “Devoted”.

Our Director of Music is Oneta Winkler and pianist, Stephen Graham. The Opening Hymn is “To God Be the Glory”, # 98, United Methodist Hymnal (UMH) verses 1 - 3. The Anthem, “He Is Exalted”, will be brought to us by the Chancel Choir. Our Hymn of Praise is “I Surrender All”, # 354 (UMH) verses 1, 3 & 4. The Hymn Sending Us Forth is “Are Ye Able” # 530 verses 1, 2 & 4 (UMH).

The flowers were given by Candy Wright in memory of Scott Wright. The Acolyte is Doug Ragsdale.

We will have Holy Communion today. If you wish to join us from home please have bread/crackers and Juice/water available.

“Live” Worship Service for today, April 26, 2026, will start at approximately 10:00 am. Our Worship Leader and Communion Steward is Goldie Haynes. The Scripture lesson is found in the Book of John, Chapter 10, verse 10 from the New International Version (NIV) and from John, Chapter 15, verse 11 (NIV). The message will be brought to us today by Rev. Dr. Richard Allen and is titled “Getting Past Your Past”.

Our Director of Music is Oneta Winkler. Our pianist is Stephen Graham. Stephen’s Prelude was “Come, Thou Almighty King”. The Opening Hymn is “Holy, Holy, Holy”, verses 1, 3 & 4 # 64, in the Methodist Hymnal (UMH). The Anthem, “I Have Found a Hiding Place” will be performed by Oneta Winkler. Our Hymn of Praise is “Have Thine Own Way Lord” Verses 1, 2 & 4 # 382, (UMH). The Hymn Sending Us Forth is “My Hope Is Built”, verses 1, 2 & 4 # 368 (UMH). The Acolyte for today is Carol Anne Moseley. Our altar flowers were given by Candy Wright in memory of Scott Wright.

Our speaker is Pastor John Forthman and his message is titled, “Hearts Ablaze, Eyes Opened”.

Our Director of Music is Oneta Winkler and pianist, Stephen Graham. The Opening Hymn is “I Stand Amazed in the Presence”, verses 1, 2 & 5 # 371, in the United Methodist Hymnal (UMH). Our Hymn of Praise is “Open My Eyes", verses 1 - 3 # 454 (UMH). The Hymn Sending Us Forth is “Leaning on the Everlasting Arms” # 133 verses 1 & 3 (UMH).

The flowers were given by Dorothy Williams in honor of her children and grandchildren.
