A preview of the child dedications and baptisms from this past Sunday. Congratulations to all of the people who made a public declaration to the world that they will follow Jesus and to the parents who dedicated their daughter to the Lord. This is the start of something beautiful.

This past sunday we started in the book of John. Pastor Ric spoke about how darkness can not overcome the light. Jesus is light! He can come into any situation and bring light too it. You just have to invite Him in.

John 1:1, 3-5
[1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
[3] Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. [4] In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. [5] The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

Children are the future! We were happy to partner with the Lytle primary school for our backpack drive!

Our congregations came together to donate over 200 backpacks filled with supplies to over 4 schools in our area.

A BIG Thank you to everyone who donated.

We had the opportunity to serve our Lytle community this week. The residents and staff at the Lytle nursing home were a joy. Lots of laughs and fun while we played bingo and had a time of prayer after.

We’re collecting gently used baby, children’s, and teen clothing, shoes, and accessories as we prepare for our Children’s Clothing Swap on July 25!
