As we pray for the start of a new school year, we invite all children of age to prepare to receive the sacraments. This year we will be preparing students to receive the sacraments of First Communion and Confirmation.

First Communion preparation is a joint effort between the parish, the parents, and the child. It is a beautiful time to connect with your child and nourish their personal relationship with Christ as they watch you, the parent, gently guide them. Confirmation is a great time for children to start exploring their faith more independently and discerning what God's plan is for each of them. They learn about the Holy Spirit, his gifts, and prepare to receive him on the day of Confirmation. On Mission with St. Paul is picking back up today after a week off!
These sessions have brought together people who might have not otherwise encountered in this way. It has been great to see the different people mingle, sharing and learning!
The kids have been having a blast, celebrating St. John the Baptist’s feast day and learning more about their faith through fun activities!
We hope you can join us for our last for sessions which will be July 8,15&22 and August 5th. Sessions begin at 6:30PM, following Mass. we recommend bringing a Bible.
