🌍 Why do “heart languages” matter? Why not just use a main language of communication?
It’s a fair question.
Many people around the world speak a national or trade language for school, business, or government. But the language spoken at home, with family, in moments of joy, grief, and prayer is often different.
That language is called a 'heart language'.
Think about it this way:
You may understand information in a second language.
But comfort, love, grief, and faith often go deepest in the language closest to your heart; the language that your parents spoke with you growing up.
When people encounter Scripture in their heart language, it moves from simply being understood to being deeply felt and lived.
Because God’s Word was never meant to feel distant.
It was meant to be known. 💙📖
