Dear Brother Knights,

Please join us on Tuesday, September 22nd, for the Installation of Officers of the Lynn Knights of Columbus, Valladolid Council 70, followed by a Testimonial honoring our outgoing Grand Knight, PGK Michael Scarlata.

Michael served as Grand Knight from 2024 to 2026, and we look forward to celebrating his service and dedication to our Council.

The evening will include a cocktail hour, the installation ceremony, dinner, and a testimonial. The event is open to all members, friends, and family, and there is no cost to attend. However, an RSVP is required so that we can ensure we have enough food for everyone.

Cocktail Hour: 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Installation of Officers: 6:30 PM – 7:00 PM
Dinner: 7:00 PM
Testimonial: 8:00 PM

Today we were blessed to have the recipients of our scholarships. They were all pleased with their awards. Thank you to the scholarship board for providing the food and beverages. Good luck to all the students in their future studies. Valladolid Council will keep you all in our prayers.

Today Assembly 390 held our annual rosary in remembrance of those that gave their ultimate sacrifice. Our freedom is thanks for those sacrifices and the assembly recognizes that every year. This year we honor those women that also gave the ultimate sacrifice. Marine Sergeant Johanny Rosario Pichardo and Marine Captain Jennifer Jean Harris both died in the line of duty. From our local area that we especially prayed for their eternal rest and their families.

I would like to thank all those that purchased tickets for our fundraiser. The tables are complete and ready for play. Please join us Tuesday and Friday to enjoy the new tables. Thank you Alex Frayberg for your hard work. To all those that took time to help sell the tickets. The tables came out great.

Thank you to all who participated in this fantastic fundraising opportunity. We will be having the ticket draw on Facebook live on Friday night April 24th at the Lynn council 8pm. Please join us as we announce the winner and play some pool on the old tables before they are refurbished. If you have any tickets to turn in please bring them prior to the date of the event.
