Several of the churches he pastored experienced a sovereign move of God that reached their entire cities. As her parents pastored in Pensacola, a revival broke out at Brownsville Assembly of God. Although her father did not pastor there, he did pastor one of the other churches in town and he became very active in what God was doing. It wasn't long after the revival started that Sandra moved her fa

mily to Pensacola while her husband was stationed overseas in the military. Although she attended her father's church regularly, she wanted her daughters to experience the same thing that she had experienced as a child. She knew that when they experienced a supernatural move of God at this magnitude, they would never forget and would never be satisfied until they lived in a constant state of personal revival. She reminded them many times during their formative years and into adulthood that God's Revival DNA was present in them and they would never be happy if they chose to walk away and live their lives without God. Today, Sandra and her husband, Joe, along with their adult daughters and three beautiful grandchildren reside in Panama City, FL. She continues to pray for God to send revival to reach her city, county, state, nation and the entire world. There are still 2.9 billion souls in the world who have still not even heard of Jesus...and many more who have had the opportunity to hear on several occasions, but have chosen to reject Him or do not think that He is important enough to live for on a continual basis.

One of the most damaging statements used by those who seek to remove us further from God is, “that’s my truth” or “his/her truth”. Truth is only measured by one thing and that is the Word of God…the Bible.

I’m not saying that we don’t have experiences that may shape us for the good or bad, but truth is still truth. We cannot rely on our experiences, feelings or anything else, because those things are flawed. It cannot be twisted or turned to fit our own selfish desire or to make our decisions and choices correct.

Instead of twisting “our truth” into something that fits what we want, I encourage us all to reach for the TRUTH, the Bible and let God do His work. He has much greater plans.

So many thoughts are going thru my mind today. Of course, we remember with reverence those who were lost in the attacks on 9/11 (’01) and the attacks on our Benghazi Embassy 9/11 (’12). We as a nation will NEVER FORGET.

Now…Charlie Kirk, a modern day martyr for his Faith and Freedom, was taken from us on 9/10/25. A man who sought to change his world thru discourse and sharing his faith, he wanted to see revival.

Over the past few years we’ve seen the sparks of revival starting, which has been encouraging. A spark can get a fire started, but a wind can make it into a raging inferno. Charlie Kirk’s death may be just the wind to spread the inferno of revival!

Words for 2025
I’ve been praying and thinking a lot about the word or words God has for me for 2025. As I sit here on my patio listening to the fireworks (a few hours early), I hear the words RESTORE and REVIVE!

I anxiously await the blessings of restoration for many and for all to be revived in their callings and goals!
