You Aren’t Lost—You’re Just Custom-Built. 🧩✨
Have you ever looked in the mirror and asked the heavy questions?
Who am I? Why am I here? What is my actual purpose? Does my life even have meaning? What value do I add to this world—and would the world even miss me or be any different if I wasn't here?
I spent so much of my life—from my late teens, through my twenties, and even into my early thirties—wandering through those exact questions. I was searching for where I belonged and trying to find my place in this world. It is exhausting trying to fit into a mold that wasn't made for you while wondering if you even matter.
But here is the truth I’ve come to lean on: You are a specific solution to a specific problem.
📖 Known, Made, and Called Out
The Word says, “Before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.” Think about that. Before you were even a thought to your parents, you were a priority to God. You are fearfully and wonderfully made; He was carefully weaving you together in the secret place. He didn't just wait for you to arrive—He called you out before you ever left your mother’s womb. You weren't an accident; you were a deliberate choice with a pre-set destination.
📖 One Body, Many Parts
In 1 Corinthians 12, we see the beautiful design of the Church. It is one body, but it has many parts. Not everyone is the same, and that is by design! If the whole body were an eye, where would the hearing be?
We see this in the 7 offices and the gifts given to us:
The 5-Fold Ministry: Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors, and Teachers.
The Gift of Administration: The "helmsman" who steers the ship and organizes the vision so it doesn't fail.
The Gift of Encouragement: The ones who come alongside to put courage and life back into the weary.
Whether you are "out front" or working behind the scenes in administration, your part is irreplaceable. Without the administrator, the vision has no legs; without the encourager, the body has no breath.
The Search is Over
To answer those deep questions: Yes, the world would be missing a vital piece without you. There is a "part" that only you can play. Finding your place in this world isn't about changing who you are to fit in; it’s about owning the unique design God gave you.
Stop trying to be a hand if you were made to be an eye. Stop trying to be the feet if you were called to be the heart. When you find your specific purpose, you find your peace.
Reflection for today: You have value because you were created by the Master. Whether you are 15 or 75, it’s never too late to step into your design. What is that unique gift you’ve been trying to hide? It’s time to let it shine. 💡🙏

⛪️ Eight Steps to Quickly Kill Your Church ⛪️

1. Believe that mission work only takes place elsewhere and not in your community.

2. Believe the great commission is simply telling your community the times of your services.

3. Spend all your time talking "issues" and not Jesus.

4. Focus more on trying to keep the saved happy, than you do reaching the lost in your community.

5. Be afraid to try something new in order to reach people in your community.

6. Neglecting your youth and young families.

7. Spending more time talking about what the church "used to be" in the past, instead of focusing on what it can be today.

8. Constantly be critical of everything.

The Grave was Emptied so your Life could be Filled! 🏺➡️🙌

“For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” — Matthew 12:40

“The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again.” — Luke 24:7

The "Sign of Jonah" was the ultimate promise: death could not hold Him. Jesus knew He must die and rise again—not just to fulfill prophecy, but to fulfill a divine purpose.

Think about a pitcher of water. A pitcher is a beautiful vessel, but it cannot fulfill its design as long as it stays full. Its entire purpose is to be emptied. It is only when the pitcher is poured out that it can fill the thirsty cups around it.

In the same way, the tomb had to be emptied so that the life of Christ could be poured into us! The Cross paid the price—our healing, forgiveness, and justification—but the Resurrection is the power that brings those gifts into our daily reality.

Why the Empty Tomb Matters for YOU Today:

Restoration: Because He rose, He can stand on the shore of your life and say, "I forgive you," just as He restored Peter at Galilee.

Empowerment: He didn't stay in the grave; He ascended to pour out His Spirit (Acts 2), giving us the power to be His witnesses (Acts 1:8).

Advocacy: He isn't a memory; He is a living Advocate standing at the right hand of the Father for you, just as He did for Stephen.

Encounter: He is the God of the "Damascus Road," ready to encounter you right where you are, just as He did with Paul.

The price was paid on the Cross, the debt was settled in the Atonement, and the victory was sealed at the Resurrection.

The bottom line: The tomb may be empty, but because of that "emptying," our lives are full and our eternity is secure! 🕊️✨

What an incredible move of God this past weekend at Salt Creek Lighthouse Assembly of God in Lyndon! 🙌

During our revival services on March 28th and 29th, we saw firsthand that God is never limited by our flaws as vessels. We are still rejoicing over what took place at the altars:

✨ Miracles & Healing: Many were touched and healed by His power.

✨ Deliverance: We witnessed lives set free from long-standing bondages and addictions—including a teenage boy and a young woman who found brand-new freedom!

✨ New Beginnings: Two people rededicated their lives, and four people came to Christ for the first time!

We are so deeply thankful for how God moved in our worship and spoke directly to our hearts. All of this happened in spite of us just being flawed, human vessels. It was a powerful reminder that He isn't limited by us, even at our best. praise God for being God!

To God be the glory! 📖🙏
