We received a stack of books donated from Penguin Random House Publishing for giveaways at Space Camp Girls! 🥰❤️

I’ve been overwhelmed by the amount of interest in supporting Space Camp Girls. SCG is a weekend retreat for girls ages 6th-12th with the aim of helping girls join God on His mission and discovering all He has for them. It’s happening Jan 19-21 at Watermarks Camp.

We are doing this in honor of Adora’s short life. We want to give to other girls what we cannot give to her.

Becky shares an unexpected moment at Bible Lab Weekend. "God orchestrated for all of the other ladies at my table to attend the leaders' lunch on Saturday. That left me alone at a table outside.

A special lady joined me and we chatted during lunch.

My only brother passed away when he was 31 (17 years ago) and during the last few minutes, we discovered she had been my brother's first-grade teacher and still remembered him by name. She had loved him (even though he was a troublemaker- she said those kids are her favorite)❤️ I broke down and wept and she was so comforting. What a God moment! For Him to place her at my lunch table and share such sweet memories with me- I knew He saw me and loved me so much."

While reading Birthing the Miraculous, this quote reminded me of our time together at Bible Lab Weekend. "Bearing fruit is a delight, but it is not the final goal. Intimacy with God must be our purpose. If we pursue Him above all else, fruit simply happens. I have never seen a fruit tree push hard and say, “Give me fruit!” Trees have no other task than to stand rooted in the soil. They soak up the waters that flow from the heart of God, and new life grows."

The feedback we received wasn't about exceptional teaching or a groundbreaking program. Time and time again, women shared that the most impactful moments for them were when they heard from other women. Whether it was women connecting at their tables, taking the mic in front of the larger group, or simply chatting during lunch. I am moved every time I think of it. This, right here, is what the church is all about, and it's not a one-person show. (Or a 2 or 6 or 20-person show). We are meant to be the WHOLE body. Each part doing its work. And I caught just a glimpse of that at Bible Lab Weekend. ❤️

I repeatedly heard how deeply the women at Bible Lab Weekend experienced the presence of God during worship. I can't express enough how thankful I am for this incredible team, with Stacy Littlejohn and Judson Lee at the helm, who guided us into God's presence. It was a precious gift.

Throughout the entire weekend, Andrew Hunt managed sound and lights. Despite his packed schedule at home and his roles as a pastor, elder, teacher, and leader, he stepped behind the soundboard to serve the women in the Church. He's one of the most humble individuals I've ever known.

When I first started talking about Bible Lab Weekend, Jared, my husband, was all in. He had a very specific vision for the food at the event - he wanted his high school boys to serve the women, ensuring that everyone could enjoy their food breaks.

These young gentlemen spent their weekend serving wholeheartedly. Their enthusiasm was contagious. I wanted these sweet smiling faces as a permanent fixture on our social media feed to not forget this special group of guys. ❤️

Katie Marston our BLW team leader, poured her heart and prayers into every aspect of the event. She's been by Andy's and my side for the last 5-6 years, through all the highs and lows of ministry and life. Katie's faithfulness to God and her people is unwavering. Countless times, she helped me refocus on the real purpose of the weekend - to see Him, know Him, and love Him. This photo captures her perfectly. She leads with a lightness and joy that reflects who she is. Leading is what she was born to do.

Lauren Barr was the powerhouse behind producing BLW. I've never been more impressed with someone's skills than with hers. We'd be in a meeting discussing a design, and she'd casually turn her computer around, and it was already done. She's brilliant, competent, cheerful, and humble - a rare combination of qualities that makes her an amazing person. I'm not usually one for sentimentality, but when I see her in this photo with her clipboard, I can't help but feel all the feels because of how much she put me at ease with her talent. “I lost my grandfather last month who was extremely dear to me and I kept picturing his loving, worn, calloused hands bouncing his great-grand babies on his knee.

My Gardener Father loves me even more than that, taking such care to prune my soul and really my whole life. As a gardener, I loved that piece. He reminded me that He made me with purpose and to lean into my giftings at my new job and let my hands, heart, head lead in the order he created me rather than wish I were different. To trust that it wasn't an accident how he created me and to ask for help in the areas I feel weaker in because he'll do it!”

I get social anxiety even when I’m alone behind a camera. 😜 It’s been 4 weeks since I’ve been on YouTube and I’ve needed the break after the first two videos in the series When Predators Go to Church.

Latest news is I tested positive for Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever. I am on meds and on the mend but it’s slowed me down when I was already slow.
