Today, we share with heavy hearts the passing of our beloved mother, Eunice Hardeman, a gifted artist whose life was a canvas filled with beauty, passion, and boundless creativity.

On April 30, 2026, she gently painted her final stroke here on earth… and stepped into eternity, where she now rests in the presence of the Grandmaster Artist—the Creator who first placed the brush in her hand.

Eunice did not simply create art—she lived it. Every color she chose, every line she drew, reflected the depth of her spirit and the love she carried for those around her. Her work will continue to speak, to inspire, and to remind us that even the simplest stroke can carry eternal meaning.

Though her hands are now at rest, her masterpiece lives on—in her family, in her art, and in every life she touched.

More details to follow.

Over the past several days, I have read many of the comments surrounding the issue of what is proper attire for a servant of God, and I must confess that my heart is heavy. What troubles me most is not disagreement, but the near absence of God in the conversation. Very few voices reference Scripture, and even fewer seem concerned with whether God is pleased or glorified.

These are the questions that matter most to me as a Pastor:
Is God honored?
Does this reflect reverence for Him?
Does this point anyone closer to Christ?

Each Sunday, when I stand behind that sacred desk, I do so with the understanding that I am representing the King of Kings. That sacred responsibility shapes how I speak, how I live, and how I present myself publicly. Ministry does not end when the service concludes; our witness continues wherever we are seen.

I often remind myself that I should be able to step from behind the pulpit and stand before any authority—whether a judge, a legislative body, or a corporate boardroom—with the same sense of dignity, humility, and integrity dressed in a manner that reflects I am royalty. Our public conduct should never undermine the message we proclaim.

Those connected to spiritual leadership carry influence, whether they ask for it or not. Our choices communicate values, and our values should reflect the holiness, modesty, and reverence that honor God and edify others—especially young people who are watching.
