Journey - UNLOVED Into BELOVED
Rom. 9:25 (MSG) Hosea put it well: I'll call nobodies and make them somebodies; I'll call the unloved and make them beloved.
Ever feel like a nobody before? I don't know of anyone that has always felt like a somebody. There's just too many things in life and too many people through life that have the tendency to make us feel like a nobody. Usually the people that think they're a somebody will make you feel like a nobody. The fact is that, all of us were nobodies until Christ came into our lives, and made us a somebody. Christ always had a way of making a nobody feel like a somebody. A promiscuous woman at a well, a beggar on the street, a l***r outcast from the community, tax collectors, sinners; these were all labeled nobodies in Christ day. Let the One that matters make you feel like a somebody. That would be Jesus. He can say little to nothing and make you feel like something. He can take a bad day and make it good. Do you feel like a nobody because of where you're at or what you're going through right now? If you feel like a nobody, listen to Him call you out of that. That's what He does; calls nobodies into somebodies. The unloved to beloved.

Journey - YOU'RE the SIGN
Psalm 71:7 CSB I am like a miraculous sign to many and you are my strong refuge.
Many people seek after a sign of a living God. Many people want to see a miracle as proof of His existence. The greatest miracle that people will ever see as proof of God is you. A transformed life, forgiven, redeemed life is the one miracle that consistently displays proof of a living God. You are His miracle to the world that He lives. What God brought you from and out of is proof He is able. What God did in you is proof that only He could have saved you. How you act now, compared to how you acted before, is proof that God is real. The change in you is a miracle no one can deny or discredit. Sure people may question a mistake you make, but your unwavering faith through that is proof He lives. The ability to absorb the attacks of man, life and demon are proof that only a living God can sustain you. You're a miracle for the world to see. Continue to make Him your refuge. Keep your place in Him and never give up the miracle God has worked in your life. Let the world see that, you may not be perfect, but God's miracle work is. You are a miracle.

Journey - Listen Closely
Ps. 46:10 NKJ Be still, and know that I am God...
Hearing is one of your five senses. If you aren't careful, you can lose your hearing. If you aren't careful, hearing can become dulled. Hearing from GOD is not always in the sound, it can also come from one of other senses GOD gave you. Seems a little odd to say, but it's true. You may also hear from GOD through the actions or the voices of those around you. You may hear from GOD through someone touching your life. The challenge is often not if we can actually hear, it's if we are still enough to listen. It's learning to "Be still," so you can "know" that GOD is at work to get His message to you. Stillness is tough for us. Removing distractions is hard for our over stimulated flesh. We have to have a phone in our hand, a TV on, or a computer screen flashing. You want to hear from GOD? Still yourself. Still your preconceived ideas, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Still your heart and attitude. Still your schedule. Be Still, and you'll know.

Journey - OPTIMIZE NOW
Ps. 139:23 NLT Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts.
If you go to the settings on your phone, you'll see this feature. Optimize Now, will scan your phone to make sure that there is nothing keeping your phone from operating at peak performance. In this verse, David prays his Optimize Now prayer. He invites GOD to "search" and "test" his "heart" and "thoughts" of his life. This kind of invitation given to the Father, will keep us right with the GOD above us, and right with those around us. We are not able to rightly judge our own internal motives and thoughts. We need His Spirit to analyze areas of our life, that only He can. We give ourselves too much slack. We tend to bend things in our own favor. If you desire to live a GOD life, He must be allowed to control your life. Ask and invite the Father to do an Optimize Now test, and see what He comes up with.

Journey - SPOILER ALERT
Rev. 20:10 NLT Then the devil, who had deceived them, was thrown into the fiery lake of burning sulfur, joining the beast and the false prophet. There they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.
A "Spoiler Alert" is when you're told the result of something before you it happens. It's knowing the end of a thing before the end of a thing. It's ruining the surprise of the waited anticipation. That is exactly the deal with satan's end! The devil would have you believe that he is going to win war, not just the battle. The devil would just as well you not know the end of his existence. Fortunately, GOD did want you to know. GOD knows how frustrating it is for you to deal with the devil, so He decided to let you know his end beforehand. When you are in a battle with the devil, GOD wants you to know the "Spoiler Alert" up front! That his end has already been decided!

Journey - BECOMING
2Cor. 3:18 NLT ...And the Lord—who is the Spirit—makes us more and more like Him as we are changed into his glorious image.
If you have ever started out on trip to a particular place, then you know that it takes time to get there. That time in between when you start the trip, and when you arrive at your destination, is known as the Journey. When you arrive here on this earth, your Journey was birthed. As you travel through life, you hopefully grow in knowledge, wisdom, and understanding. The same is true once you are born-again. You start a Journey. Paul is saying, "the Holy Spirit is constantly transforming us in becoming more like Christ." We to never get stuck in a rut while on this Journey. Allow the Holy Spirit To work on and in you, to keep becoming what Christ wants for you. Becoming more like Him, is the true transformation of believer. Becoming is
"makes us more and more like Him as we are changed into his glorious image." Keep Becoming, and you'll never stop the Journey of transforming.

Journey - IMPERFECT
Ecc. 7:20 NLT Not a single person on earth is always good and never sins.
One of the great struggles of being a sincere believer and follower of the Savior, is that of imperfection. It's a real struggle and balance to maintain the life of a disciplined follower of the Savior. About the time you have one area that you feel you've overcome, another area pops up that you need to overcome. You deal with one place in your life, but end up having to deal with another place in your life. King Solomon, known as one of the wisest men in scripture, penned it well by inspiration of the Spirjt, "Not a single person on earth is always good and never sins." I will say this today my friend, "Don't strive for perfection, strive for obedience." You will always struggle if you try to be perfect, but you'll live a more balanced life, if you strive to live an obedient life. Obedience offers grace, while perfection leaves no room for any flaw or failure. Solomon helps us to see that we're all imperfect, but we can work at being our best by being obedient.

Journey - STRESSED OUT
Matt.11:28 CSB Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
Stressful. You ever thought much about that word? It's a word we use describe a certain state we've been in, or are in. It literally means to be full of stress. It's one thing to to experience some stress, but another to be full of stress! A certain amount of stress is actually good for us. You stress the body when you exercise it. You stress your mind when you try to learn new things. But it's unhealthy for one to be full if stress. It's not only unhealthy for the body, it's unhealthy for the spirit. A life full of stress, conflicts with a life of faith. It's impossible to be full of stress and full of faith at the same time. A stressful spirit will never make room for a faith in your spirit. It actually tries to crowd out your faith. The devil will try to attack us by making things stressful. He does this to people that he can't get to fall into blatant sin. It's one of his most subtle attacks, that he uses to drain down our faith. Being stressful, eventually makes us faithless. A life full of stress, makes for a life with less faith. What's making you stressful? Is your spirit so full of stress, there's no room for faith? There's no cure for stress except Christ. Christ is the only One that can crowd stress out from the spirit. Stress is no match for the Master over stress! Whatever your stress is trying to fill you, is the stress that's trying to kill you. Christ can kill the stress that's trying to kill you.

Journey - No EXPLANATION
Ecc.11 5 NLT Just as you cannot understand the path of the wind or the mystery of a tiny baby growing in its mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the activity of God, who does all things.
Some of the most complicated aspects of life, can be broken down and easily explained. What has baffled some of the greatest minds in history, now reaches a logical conclusion. What has blown the minds of man, requires no research or study from GOD. There will always be a part of life that you don't understand. A place you hit, that you can't wrap your mind around. A place where thought and reason, cannot even begin to reach. You see the result, but you have no idea of the origin. You may never understand the path, people, problem, predicament, or even the promotion; but you can trust that GOD is in it all. Trust Him Saint! You need no explanation, when you fully trust Him!

Journey - TODAY
Ps. 118:24 NLT This is the day the LORD has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it.
Some people have fear over what will happen in the future. Some people will worry over what happened in the past. If we aren't careful, we can be robbed of the joy of today. This verse is a reminder of how we can't allow life in the past, or the future, to distract us from the joys of today. Yesterday can't be changed, and tomorrow hasn't arrived. Enjoy the day that the Lord has given you right now! Enjoy the moment you're experiencing with the Savior. Embrace the life you can have today. This day is what you know you have. You no1w have the opportunity to rejoice in this day! The Lord made this day, not for you dwell on what was, or what might be, but for what is right now! If you want to enjoy life, live in "the day" you know " the Lord has made! Live in TODAY!
