Our “WORLDLY” Perspective
We are fascinated by the meta or multiverse, the unfolding mind-blowing intergalactic playgrounds of physical wonders - both living and non-living. We share God's awe, the same feeling He expressed with "it is good" after each creation in Genesis (1:2-31). Being “Worldly” means actively engaging with this amazing world, appreciating its gifts and using our talents to give back and to erect guaranteed launching pads for the next generation. It's like experiencing the same sense of wonder that God felt when creation unfolded in Genesis 1:1-31. But we don’t just stand amazed at nature, we interact with, bend, and shift nature and its laws to our advantage. We refuse to let the untamed, wild natural forces rule over us contrary to God’s original intent that we exercise ethical dominion over natural forces.
Celebrating the Material World: SPACE CHURCH INC is not about rejecting the physical world. It's about embracing its wonders - the beauty of nature, the potential of space science, space technology, space mining, space colonization, space utilization and all the cool stuff! Of course, vast is the influence and role of orthodox and conservative religious forces who frustrate science and technology with irrational conspiracy theories.
