Starting off the Lord's day in His Word, at Sunday School, is an indescribable blessing. Getting into the Word of God, or more importantly, getting the Word into you, sets the stage for a wonderful day of Praise, Honor and Worship of our King ! And we do this every Sunday morning at 10:00 am.

1st day of VBS 2026 in the books, and a great night it was. Plenty of kids and parents hearing about Jesus, His mighty works, and great sacrifice on our behalf at the cross. Doesn't get much better than that. 4 more days to go however !

Congratulations to our own Talia Maloney. Her exhibition of Christlike service to Young people, both in our own congregation, and in the community at large, it really commendable. Keep it up Talia !!

2 Timothy 3:16-17
16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work.
Continuing our Sunday School lesson on Hermeneutics and Bible Study. Information....leading to transformation.

Many made resolutions to spend more time in God's Powerful Word in 2026...so a quick refresher course on Biblical Hermeneutics helps us, not only understand, but better apply The Word of God. Adult Sunday School, at 10am, allows us to study the scriptures before our Service at 11:15am. Hebrews 4:12

New Years Eve Service...Philippians 3:12-13 12 Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me his own. 13 Brothers, I do not consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, Forgetting the past....look forward to the future. Then food, fellowship and fun to bring in 2026. God is truly good.

Children's Cantata Sunday at LBC. Planting the powerful Word of God in the hearts of these kids for God, in His perfect timing, to bring it to life ! Of course, celebrating the arrival of our Savior, Jesus, who came not to be served, but to serve....and give His life a ransom for many. May we not lose sight of that truth this Christmas.

This Saturday Morning "Fruit of the Spirit" series was on Patience. Trust in God's Timing/Steadfastly bearing up under suffering/Being patient and tolerant with others/Involves forgiving, encouraging, and serving others with love. These are just a few of the points we looked at this morning. Of course, a hearty breakfast and fellowship as well. To God be the Glory
