Letting everyone know that our Home, where we held all the catering events, has been sold. However, our Council is alive and well and meeting the First and Third Wednesdays of every month at St. Ignatius Church in Kingston. The First Wednesday is our business meeting and the Third Wednesday is our Social Meeting. You will no longer be able to call 570-287-2826 for information, but for now, you can call 570-696-1587 and our Deputy Grand Knight Wayne Williams will answer all your questions.

If you are looking for a good Lenten meal for Ash Wednesday and the Fridays in Lent, come on down to the Knights of Columbus Hall in Luzerne. We have just the meal for you!
Ash Wednesday we have our Fried Fish and Shrimp Platter with French Fries, Cole Slaw, Salad, Rolls, Dessert, Coffee, Tea, and Soda all for only $10 pp ($6 pp for children ages 4-9). Take Outs begin at 4:30 pm and dinner seating is from 5:00-8:00 pm. All Take Out orders are $10 pp. We also have a cash bar available. On this Friday the 12th we have our Pizza Night. A pie with one topping is $10. Extra toppings are $1 each. Specialty Pies are $12 per pie and include Broccoli/Garlic and Shrimp Oreganata. Take Outs are at 4:30 and Dinner Seating is from 5:00-8:00. Eat In Dinner includes a Salad, Coffee, Tea, and Soda and again a cash bar is available. Future Friday Nights in February will feature an All You Can Eat Pasta Night (19th) and an Ethnic Night (26th). We will continue into March with other offerings.

Also, we are having a very special Sweetheart Buffet for Sunday the 14th (Valentine's Day) from 8:00 am until 12:30 pm. Treat your Sweetheart to a breakfast that will include an Omelet Station, Ham Carving Station, and a buffet featuring Eggs Benedict, Blueberry Stuffed French Toast, Home Fries, Sausage, Corn Beef Hash, Bavarian Cream Waffles, Fresh Fruit Bowl, Mini Danishes and Pastries, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Coffee, Tea and Soda all for the low price of $12 pp ($6.00 pp children ages 4-9). And for those of you who might want a special beverage to top off your breakfast, we will again have a cash bar available.
