Pastor Edgar reminded us that true saving faith is more than just intellectual agreement or emotional “shuddering”….. even the demons have that. Real faith is a “dynamic trust” that leads to a changed life and a heart of compassion. Remember: works are not the “root” of our salvation, but they are the necessary “fruit” of it.
