Big Spring Mennonite Church is an ever changing congregation which uses the gifts and resources of those who attend to create a unique and ever changing worship style and community. The people of Big Spring Mennonite Church are a community of believers from diverse backgrounds seeking to follow God and blessed to share our journey with others. We are called by God to be disciples of Jesus Christ,

growing in faith through the power of the Holy Spirit. Proclaiming the peace of Christ and living in God's grace, we are a community of worship and service, bearing witness to the Kingdom of God in our midst.

Big Spring partners with other local churches to support a backpack program in the community. This program provides food to school children over the weekends and holidays. Many children in the area are in need of food assistance and they rely on meals they get at school. The backpack program extends that over weekends by giving the children a backpack full of food on Fridays when they leave school.

Big Spring Yard Sale May 21st from 8am to 2pm at 2545 Mims Road, 5 miles north of Luray.

Kitchen cabinet, new & used clothing (kids & baby), makeup & jewelry, home decor, picture frames, toys, seasonal & party supplies, new heaters, plants & much more.

Hot dogs, BBQ, drinks and baked good will be available.
