Infant Jesus Catholic Church Lumberton Saturday Mass at 5:30pm & Sunday Masses at 8:00am & 10:30am. Office Hours Mon-Thur.
9:00am-2:00pm. Fridays by appointment only.

Infant Jesus is located in Lumberton, Texas, which is a fast growing city and our parish is growing along with it. It is an exciting time to be involved in the church and all the activities of ministry, service and education that are available. As a faith community, we are working toward being a stewardship parish, meaning that all our members recognize everything we have - our time, talents, and

treasures - are gifts from God. Then, out of appreciation and thankfulness, we give back to God and others a portion of what we have been given. It is a way of life, and a way of seeing things from a spiritual perspective.

Now that we’ve all had a moment to rest and reflect after this year’s powerful DYC 26, my heart overflows as I share just a few (well… quite a few) of the beautiful, spirit-filled moments we captured along the way.

What a blessing it was to witness our amazing group of young people and dedicated chaperones encountering the Lord so deeply. Each of them found something sacred on this journey a closer walk with God, renewed faith, fresh direction for their lives within the Church, and lasting bonds of fellowship with one another. These young hearts were truly on fire for Jesus!

Let us continue to lift them up in prayer, asking our Lord to keep drawing them nearer to His Sacred Heart and to guide their steps as they carry this light into the world.

We also want to offer a heartfelt thank you to every single person in our Infant Jesus parish family who made this retreat possible. Your prayers, generosity, time, and loving support were the hands and feet of Christ for these young souls. Without you, none of this would have happened. May God abundantly bless each of you for pouring out His love so beautifully.

Glory to God for all He did in and through our youth this weekend! 🙏❤️

Message from Stacy Keen:

Hey Infant Jesus Parish Family! 🙏
We’re wanting to bring VBS back next summer, and we need YOUR help to make it happen!

To pull this off, we’re looking for:
• Adults: At least one per station to help lead and supervise.
• Teens: We need a big crew of you to help decorate and set up — this is where you can shine!

I don’t feel like we should have to keep canceling activities because we don’t have enough volunteers. Our kids in this parish deserve better — they deserve a fun, faith-filled VBS experience!

I know many parents are working and life is busy, so any amount of time you can give is truly appreciated. Even a couple of hours would make a huge difference.

Honestly, it’s going to be our youth who help pull this off — and with lots of prayer and willing hearts, we can make it happen!

Who’s on board? 💪 We will begin meeting in December to plan for a June VBS!

Let’s show our kids how much we care about them!
