📚 Journey Kingdom Kids Update

As everyone heads back to school tomorrow, Journey Kingdom Kids (ages 1 through 5th grade) will be taking a short break until this fall. Our restart date is still to be determined, and we'll keep everyone updated.

We're praying for all of our kids, families, teachers, and school staff as this new school year begins. Have a safe, blessed, and wonderful start to the year!

Hey Journey Kids families! ❤️

I just wanted to let everyone know that Journey Kids will be taking a little break from Wednesdays classes until this fall. Our restart date is still to be determined, but I'll be sure to let everyone know as soon as we have it.

As our kiddos head back to school tomorrow, I just want you to know that we're praying for each and every one of them. We're praying they have a safe, fun, and successful school year, make great friends, and grow in all the ways God has planned for them. We're also praying for all of our parents as you get back into the school routine. You've got this!

We already miss seeing your sweet faces and can't wait to be back together this fall. Until then, have a wonderful start to the school year, and know that you're loved and prayed for.

Today is the day!

Join us for the 10th Annual Back the Badge Luncheon at Journey Community Church as we come together to honor the incredible men and women who serve our community every day.

We're recognizing our local law enforcement, Sheriff's Department, School Police, firefighters, EMS, Texas Rangers, Game Wardens, judges, and other first responders for their dedication and sacrifice.

Event Details: • Today, July 15 • 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. • Journey Community Church • 1534 Highway 96 S., Lumberton, TX 77657

First responders are invited to enjoy a free lunch, and the public is welcome to purchase a lunch for $10.

More than anything, we'd love for our community to stop by, share a meal, and take a moment to simply say, "Thank you." Your support and encouragement mean so much to those who work every day to keep our communities safe.
